Keeping Up With The Kardashians Ratings Are Down Low!
Keeping Up With The Kardashians use to be one of the most popular TV shows on the telly but now the rating have dropped really low!
The show is now heading for it’s ninth series and the family are really going to have to work hard if they want to get back the 4.67 million viewers they got back in series five!
Series six got 3.04 million viewers, while season 7 got an average of 2.62 million, and season 8 averaged 2.40 million. But worse than all that, season 8’s recent finale supposedly ONLY had about 1.96 million viewers!
We wonder if the show will carry on? There have been so many rumours over the last year about the shows ending so we will have to see.
They need to do something to bring the ratings up.

Jennifer Lopez To Take Over From Nicki Minaj And Mariah Carey On American Idol
The rating for American Idol have been slumping and last year it was the worst it has ever been but now the bosses have drafted in Jennifer Lopez to try to boost them back up.
Jennifer will replace Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj who announced a couple of weeks back that they no longer wanted to do the show.

“J.LO’s manager, Benny Medina, was in talks with FOX even before Mariah and Nicki announced their departures last week. Benny told FOX that she does indeed want to return. They’re talking. Negotiations are in their infant stages, but they’re underway to get her back to the judges’ table.”

Kourtney And Kim Are BANNED From Filming In South Beach By Neighbors
Filming for the new series of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami has started but it looks like some people are not excited about the new season!
It is one of Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian‘s dreams to have a beach home on the Sunset Islands, but it looks like they will not be able to live their dreams as Neighbors have said no to have them having a beach home.
They needed signatures from 90% of the people that live on the beach votes for them to be able to film on the beach to grant them a three month span required of filming but things have not gone to plan.
A source has said:
“The area is known for its hourly hotels, strip clubs and high crime rate. It’s a far-cry from their usual posh digs, with just a 7-Eleven and an abandoned old bank close by.”
So it looks like the girls will have to find some other place to film.

The US X Factor Hosts To Be Announced This Week!
There has been so much talk over the last past few weeks about who will be the judge on the US X Factor but it’s looking like we could find out this week!
But it really does look like Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez will be presenting the live shows.
Insiders have gave out:
“Khloe will be in tons of meetings this week as Lamar [Odom] is now knee-deep in training camp and will also be going to Vegas and China within the next two weeks for the Clippers. So Khloe has plenty of time for business as her lawyers, people from E!, and executives at The X Factor will try to make it happen and get all the specifics hashed out. There is less than a three percent chance that it doesn’t get settled and worked out this week. They want Mario Lopez on the show as well, so they can make sure a host is available at all times if Khloe has to be elsewhere for her E! duties. This is the week for all the pieces to fall into place!”
The live shows are just around the corner so the need to make their mind up this week.

“It’s unpredictable. Like sometimes I cannot see what Simonsees in the people he puts through. And same with Britney. I’m like, ‘Britney, what are you thinking?’ But there are more times I relate with Britney [better] than Simon, actually. Maybe because we’re the two girls on the show.”
“Well, you know, I try to be positive as much as I can. But sometimes you’ve just got to tell people that singing is not for them. When I hear a good singer, sometimes I critique them so that they can be better. And it’s not that they’re bad. Yes its true pregnant Snooki has left the Jersey Shore House ,The Situation sober after battling an addiction to painkillers, and the rest of the castmembers taking steps out of extended adolescence into adulthood, MTV’s Executive VP of Programming Chris Linn reveals that the rumored-final GTL session with our beloved guidos and guidettes will be a ‘different’ kind of entertainment than what we’ve come to expect!
He explains:
“It’s not a prison. I know [Snooki] she’s concerned about the perception of her being a pregnant woman in a party house. I think that’s a common experience among a group of friends when somebody gets pregnant. This is an opportunity to see how she deals with it and how the rest of the house deals with it. The show has always been about following what’s really happening in their lives. They’re starting to take those next steps into adulthood. What’s going to be different this season is how much their lives had changed. I don’t think anybody expected Snooki to be the one to blaze that trail, but she is, and it’s going to change the dynamic with everybody else. She’s just as funny, if not funnier, than she’s ever been.”
