If you remember back to the summer of last year when Kris Jenner had her own chat show and then FOX canceled it.
Well now the TV company have slammed the show, the host and the interviews on the show.
The Senior VP and President of programming for the FOX Television Stations, Frank Cicha, has said:
“I think she was pretty uninteresting. That was one where [sister company] 20th Television tried to capitalize on a name. When the camera was on she looked not just like a deer in the headlights, but like a deer that already got hit.”
The show wasn’t the best show we have even watched but each to their own.
Kris did get better on the camera as the weeks went on but it clearly didn’t impress the viewers and the producers.
Every series there are reports about Keeping Up With The Kardashians and how the ratings keep on failing.
But now it seems they are really low and Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kourtney Kardashian could be looking for a new job.
Showbiz expert blogger Nikki Finke said the following:
“The show’s Season 9B premiere was down -29% in P18-49 vs Season 8, and down -17% vs S9A premiere, and down -10% vs S9A finale. Let’s not forget that Seasons S8 and S9A were down from S7, etc. The Kardashians are krashing.”
Nick then went on to say that the ratings for the show are still the highest ratings show on the channel E!:
“So what does this mean for E!? The Kardashians are still its highest rated and highest profile series, even though down from their heyday in 2011. But with the next contract, their show won’t even be profitable given the price per episode.”
We wonder if the show will be axed?
The trouble is the family singed up to keep the program running until series 10 and then see how things are going.
Now on series 9 the show doesn’t have long to go.
The reviews for Good Morning Britain have not been the best and same for the ratings.
But now she host Ben Shephard has said that he is ‘very proud’ of the show.
Ben who co-hosts the show with Susanna Reid, Charlotte Hawkins and Sean Fletcher told Digital Spy that:
“We’re loving it. It’s a fantastic team,”
“We’re really proud of what we’re doing. It’s been amazing. I think we’ve got a great camaraderie amongst us and everyone’s really enjoying it. That’s the most important thing.”
The show has only been pulling in around 300,000 views and was also repotted at the start of this week that it may be replaced with children’s Telly.
On Thursday it was a sad day in the US!
It was the very last ever show of Jay Leno’s Tonight Show but millions and millions tuned in!
The last ever show got a whopping 14.6 million views witch it hasn’t had this amount of views since May 14, 1998, when 15 million watched on to see Jerry Seinfeld talk with Jay right after the end of Seinfeld.
The show has seen some of the biggest names in showbiz on it so it will be really missed.
It’s been on for a few weeks now and has been getting big viewing figures but now Birds Of A Feather looks like it’s not going to back down.
When the new series started last month the first episode got a viewing figure of over 9 million views but now it’s still getting over 5 million views every Thursday.
Birds Of A Feather has been so successful and so funny and lots of people are loving it and may it be on our screens for many more years.
It’s so nice to have it back and we can see it becoming a regular sitcom on ITV hopefully!
We completely love the show!
Keeping Up With The Kardashians use to be one of the most popular TV shows on the telly but now the rating have dropped really low!
The show is now heading for it’s ninth series and the family are really going to have to work hard if they want to get back the 4.67 million viewers they got back in series five!
Series six got 3.04 million viewers, while season 7 got an average of 2.62 million, and season 8 averaged 2.40 million. But worse than all that, season 8’s recent finale supposedly ONLY had about 1.96 million viewers!
We wonder if the show will carry on? There have been so many rumours over the last year about the shows ending so we will have to see.
They need to do something to bring the ratings up.
