Taylor Swift Is About To Be Hit With A Lawsuit For Calling Her Merchandise Lucky 13!
If your a fan of Taylor Swift you will know that she loves the number 13 and it’s her lucky number but recently it hasn’t brought her much luck.
The singer has just been hit with a law site for calling her Merchandise brand Lucky 13.
Robert Kloetzly has filed a lawsuit against Taylor as he says that she ripped off his brand name for her own items.
The Merchandise are things like clothing, accessories and things like that but it seems like it could get very nasty for Swift because Robert has said that he though of the name before Taylor used it.
Robert described Taylor as:
“fast cars and dangerous men who drive them inappropriately”
Hummm it’s true but does he have proof that he thought of the name first.
Also Robert has included Taylor’s I Knew You Were Trouble music video as he says that the video is misleading and it could have been a ad for his clothing line.
Koletzly now wants all the profits that she made from the slogan.

Cheryl Cole Wins $2.2 Million In X Factor Lawsuit!
If you can remember back to when Cheryl Cole was asked to be a judge on the american X Factor and then was fired just three weeks before she was meant to start the new job well now she has just won $2.2 million in her X Factor lawsuite!
But it wasn’t just the payment that Cheryl wanted as she also wanted cash for her bodyguards, first class tickets for herself and her entourage, hotel fees, and money to pay for her wardrobe!
So basically she wanted a lot of money and that exactly what she got!!
A sources has reported:
“It was about the production company and the contract they signed. This was the final sticking point and means everything has been resolved. She’s been paid.”
We wonder what Chezza will spend all that money on??

Nicki Minaj Involved In Another Lawsuit Over Single Starships!
Nicki Minaj is being sued by EDM star named Clive Tanaka, who has said that Nicki’s song is a straight rip-off of his earlier song, Neu Chicago!
Clive filed the law suite this week so we wonder what’s going to happen??

Paula Deen Wins Racial Discrimination Lawsuit!
She’s gone and got exactly what she wanted!
For the last few months Paula Deen has not been the most liked person after her racist comments but now she has won the lawsuit.
The judge has now thrown the lawsuit at former employee Lisa Jackson, for no standing to sue them for race discrimination.
The judge has said the following:
“While Plaintiff may have faced significant challenges in managing a workplace allegedly permeated with racial discrimination, her difficulties do not fall within the zone of interests sought to be protected by Title VII [of the Civil Rights Act of 1964] and cannot support a claim for racial discrimination under that stature.”
Paula never spoke about the court but her rep said the following:
“We are pleased with the Court’s ruling today that Lisa Jackson’s claims of race discrimination have been dismissed. As Ms. Deen has stated before, she is confident that those who truly know how she lives her life know that she believes in equal opportunity, kindness and fairness for everyone.”

Rihanna Get Sued Over Nan’s Funeral!
Rihanna has been in court a lot recently with the case with Topshop but now it looks like she will be back!
Rihanna payed for her grandmother Clara Brathwaite aka her Gran Gran Dolly, funeral last June 2012 but she dint pay the full $150,000 that it was going to cost.
The ceremony and burial was not you’re average ceremony and burial as it was a lot nicer and when you have a granddaughter that’s a word wide superstar you can have flash funerals.
The problem is Rihanna only paid about a quarter of the bill, and now the funeral company want to take her to court for not paying the rest.
As you may know Rihanna doesn’t worry about nothing so we bet she’s not worried about this at all and also the courts will properly be on her side as she did win the lawsuit against Topshop last week.

It’s been a good day for Katy Perry!
As we have been telling you over the last few months with the situation with Katy and GHD as GHD where suing Katy for loads of money but now it has all changed around!
Today we have learnt that Perry has settled the lawsuit with hair company Good Hair Day (GHD), and Katy has not got to give GHD a single penny but they have to splash the cash on her!
