Modern Family star Sofia Vergara  raked in $19 million dollars From May 2011 to May 2012.

Not all the money comes from ABC as she has loads of other TV things that she does as she has 3 movie rolls.

The Columbian-born star credits her appeal with Latin audiences for her success:

“The truth is out that we [Latinos] are in this country and we’re taking over. To see people paying attention to the cultural changes is fantastic.”
