Kim Kardashian has been in the media about her weight since she became famous but now she looks like she is losing the pounds!
Kim and her boyfriend Kanye West like to go out for lots of meals so could this be the reason that she put weight??
Kim said:
“I think a lot of women will agree that when you’re happy in a relationship your weight can fluctuate a little. I’ve been traveling and enjoying incredible foods in different countries, but I felt it was time to get back to the grind. I’m comfortable in my curves, but working out is a part of my daily routine and it always will be.”

If your a regular viewer to the X Factor you will know that Khloe Kardashian is co-hosting the show but she has now talked about how she got in shape for the show.
Khloe has gave up a lot of things to get slimmer including her favorite food cheese and most sweets!
Khloe said:
“It’s always going to be a lifelong thing for me. And I’m not where I want to be. When I used to do things like crash diets or things too fast, it never stuck because it wasn’t a lifestyle change. So for this, I’m working out consistently like three to five days a week … It’s been harder. But I’m just changing my diet slowly.”
The Kardashian girls are use to working out as they are always being spotted out at the gym.
Mark Wright Flexes His Muscles On A Beach In Los Angeles With Friends
He landed in Los Angeles a week ago but hes been working out alredy with some friends on the beach.
The former TOWIE star didn’t exactly have the tanning session that is a custom in Essex instead he headed to Muscle Beach for a work out session whilst the sun beat down on him.
Mark showed off his impressive body but was soon upstaged by a man in orange pants.
He was wearing a pair of lovely colored blue shorts also he was topless.
Wright who is currently filming scenes for his latest ITV2 show Mark Wright’s Hollywood Nights, soon made friends with a curly haired bodybuilder who offered him some tips on how to make the most of the outdoor equipment.
