Disney Sued For Discriminating Against Muslim Disneyland Employee!

What is going on with disneylannd??
A few months back we told you about on of the disney chartors walked out after being Sexual Harassment (CLICK HERE to read the full story).
The massive conglomerate has been sued by the American Civil Liberties Union because the company allegedly fired a Muslim employee at Disneyland in 2010 because she wore her hijab headscarf at work.
Even before being terminated, Imane Boudlal says she received insults from her employees AND supervisors because of her religion, origin and skin color. In fact, some went so far as to call her a terrorist, a camel and a bitch all while they carelessly accused Arabs of being terrorists and bombmakers.
The worst part of the allegations against the corporation is that managers and executives didn’t seem to care about the prejudiced comments. CLU chief counsel Mark Rosenbaum elaborated:
“When she reported these attacks to her Disney managers, she was told that she had to put up with them, told that Disney knew there was a problem, but that the solution was the directive from her bosses that she needed to stop complaining.”
Woah! So not cool!
Obvi, we don’t have both sides of the story yet so we can’t really judge either party. For Disney’s part, a spokeswoman has said:
“Walt Disney Parks and Resorts has a long history of accommodating a variety of religious requests from cast members of all faiths. However, because we have not seen the lawsuit, we cannot comment specifically about this situation at this time.
This is just so not good what happend to every ones equal is just so wrong!!
Disneyland Paris Characters Walk Out After Harassment Scandal
Disney is surpost to be magical and nice but by the looks of things is not that way!
Apparently management let an employee accused of harassment back in the park after they concluded the pile of evidence was smaller than Tinker Bell.
Unfortunately, the ones affected the most are the magic-believing little ones flocking to the park for their favorite characters.
Louise Scott, a mother-of-four, is just devastated for her chillins:
It’s worst for the very young children who aren’t that interested in the rides. They dream of meting their cartoon heroes, and want to be pictured with them, but there just aren’t any around.
But the workers maintain their stance, with one insider stating:
We are all hugely professional, but have every right to go on strike if we believe that someone who should not be here is working alongside us. We also object to low pay.
They really need to sort this out and make it stop.
We have also found out that Tokyo Disney totally supportssame-sex marriage!
