Rob Kardashian Get’s Charged With Battery And Theft After Fight With Paparazzi!
Reality star Rob Kardashian is facing charges battery after he decided to have a little fight with a paparazzi!
If you have forgotten what went on we will remind you! Rob was outside of a LA gym last March when Rob was just trying to work out when a photographer tried to get a photo of him topless.
Mr Kardashian really did not like the actions of the photographer and asked her to delete the photo but she refused to so Rob took matters into his own hands and stole the camera.
So now rob could be charged with Battery and Theft for stealing the camera.
There has been talks about weather they could class the woman’s action as trespassing on private property, but that doesn’t really matter at this point.
We still do not know what kind of penalties Rob can face at this point and there is nto set date but we know ti will not be long until we know.

Tom Cruise Is Not Going To Press Charges Against Trespasser
At the weekend Jason Sullivan was spotted by security guards trying to jump the fence to get into Tom Cruise‘es garden as he tried to jump the fence.
But now we are hearing that Tom is not pressing charges against Jason.
But it is still not clear if he was jumping the fence on purpose as sources have said that he was drunk and thought that he was climbing over his fence.
Tom’s attorney Bert Fields said:
“Tom’s not a vindictive guy. The guy was drunk. He didn’t have malicious intent.”
So by the sounds of things Jason has got away with what he did.
Tom Cruise Gets His Neighbor Tasered & Arrested For Trespassing!
Tom Cruise has had his neighbor tasered & arrested for walking on his property.
Tom’s neighbor jumped over the gate to try to get into the movie star’s home as he was drunk so the security called the cops and had him arrested.
The intruder was tasered too with a stun gun until the police arrived.
Tom or his family where NOT in the house at the time of the break in.

Man Who Staled Miley Cyrus With Scissor Is Convicted Of Trespassing!
The man who broke into Miley Cyrus‘s property was convicted of trespassing yesterday!
The man in question is Jason Luis Rivera as he pled “not guilty” to the charges, but the judges knew that he was lying! He has been convicted of resisting arrest, he faces up to 18 months in prison at today’s sentencing!!
We are so surprised that Miley’s fiancé Liam Hemsworth did not go and sort the man out so he should feel lucky to just get prison.
Miley Cyrus Is Not Moving After Home Intrusion

We told you yesterday that Miley Cyrus was thinking about moving out of the house due to the risk of more intruders breaking in.
But now Miley has said that she will NOT move out as a source explains:
“She doesn’t plan on moving form her home and will not allow crazy people ruin her life. When she is home, she has her own security team that she trusts and is confident they would protect her. She will not be affected by the two incidents that have happened recently at her house. She is relieved that no one was injured and hurt but moving is not an option.”

Jason Luis Rivera the man who broke into Hannah Montana Miley Cyrus‘es house has been charged!
The man was charged yesterday morning for two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest after attempting to enter the El Lay property!
New reports have sais that the man jumped the sky-high haired starlet’s fence all because he just wanted to meet the singer star.
Also Miley has not just got this on her mind as she’s got the fight that she alleged had with a man in a bar.
