Kisa who is the lady that was affected by Amanda Bynes latest hit-and-run has talked out about what happened!
Kisa said that she’s pleased that Amanda is no longer on the road! She has talked out about the hit-and-run before in August as she said that Amanda just took off before exchanging insurance information, and that’s how the case led two one of two misdemeanor charges that could have gave her gave Bynes time in jail.
Kisa says:
“Someone could have died if [Amanda] kept driving. A normal person would not get away with hit and runs and she shouldn’t either. I’m glad she’s off the road. She absolutely needs to pay for her actions and taking away her license is a good first step. I feel she needs to get some sort of help and maybe this will be the catalyst.”
This should come as a wake up call for the troubled star.
Amanda Bynes Gets In More Trouble As Prosecutors Reopen Case

Amanda Bynes has face a DUI that she pled not guilty in June just gone and then the hit-and-run went to the El Lay City Attorney at the start of this month but now they are re-opening the case.
It was just a few days after Amanda hit another car on the 101 Freeway in an Enterprise rental BMW it went to a prosecutors that turned down the case because there was no independent witness to confirm the allegations.
She really need to start learning!

Amanda Bynes is in more legal trouble following that hit-and-run car accident in the Valley earlier this month.
Shes just not facing a DUI charge from a different incident, but police investigating a woman’s claims that Mz. Bynes struck her Toyota Corolla and then drove off without exchanging insurance information are passing the case to the L.A. City Attorney for prosecution!
The authorities have now decided to move forward with the case once they compiled enough evidence against her.
There still has been no charges yet but we can not see her getting off lightly!
Amanda Bynes Gets Involved In Another Hit-And-Run!
This is her fourth hit-and-run in year but is she ever going to learn from her mistakes?
Amanda Bynes has once again been accused of being involved in a hit-and-run after reportedly rear-ending an El Lay woman, and then taking off when she realized she was going to have to exchange insurance information!
The woman, identified only as Kisa, filed a police report yesterday explaining the entire ordeal!
Apparently, Bynes struck her Toyota Corolla in the Valley with her black BMW. Kisa described the actress as looking “like a hot mess,” and when she suggested that they exchange insurance information, Bynes “seemed nervous about that.”
And despite BOTH cars having significant damage, gurlfriend tried to talk her way out of it by saying it wasn’t that bad, and eventually, just got into her car and drove off!
It has to stop now shes going to get herself in so much shit come on Amanda grow up!!
