Kate Middleton Is ‘Absolutely Gutted’ Over Topless Photos!?
A lifelong friend of Kate Middleton has said that they fear Kate’s sick to her stomach over the naked photos getting published in a few magazines.
In a interview with People she said that the future queen is ”absolutely gutted” over what’s came out the last few days.
The friend said that Kate has never been drunk since she’s been going out with Prince William.
A source has said:
“She’s a very demure, private person. This is a horrific thing to happen.”
The press office of Kate said:
“William will be absolutely fuming. This is what he hates about the paparazzi. If she thought for a second anyone would see, she wouldn’t have done it.”

An injunction has just been granted to stop more photos of Kate Middleton topless getting out!
Lawyer Aurelien Hamelle asked the court to charge Closer magazine 10,000 euros (£8,070) for every day that the photos are on their website.
But the Italian publishing group Mondadori, what also owns french Closer is controlled by former Italian prime minister Silvio Berlusconi, told the court that the photos are not theirs to sell.
Now the courts in Nanterre has opened a criminal investigation into the photographer that took the photos and Closer breached Wlliam and Kate’s privacy by publishing the topless photos of her.

The Lawyers who are dealing with the Kate Middleton naked photo scandal are said to appear in a Paris court on Monday (September 17).
A spokesman for St James’s Palace is now trying to seek out the photographer who took the photos.
The spokesman said:
“It is the first airing and we will be seeking an injunction from them using the pictures,” he explained. “It will lead to a longer court case where damages will be sought.”
It will be down to the French prosecutors weather any action will be taken against the magazine for having the images on the cover of the magazine.
Today Former Prime Minister John Major told BBC’s Andrew Marr Show:
“The way [these photographs] have been obtained is tasteless,” he said. “It is the action of a peeping Tom.
“In our country we prosecute peeping Toms. That’s exactly what they have done and they have been peeping with long lenses from a long way away. They’re very distasteful.”
So we will have to see what happens tomorrow.
