Denise Welch Talks About Her Relief After Finding Flirty Text Messages On Husband’s Phone
Denise Welch was said to have felt “Happy” when she found text massages oh her husband Tim Healy as she know that her marriage was over and he was happy with someone else.
The 54-year-old discovered text messages from Tim’s secret girlfriend after going through his phone to find a contact number he needed.
In an interview with The Mirror she said:
‘I waited for the information to hit me, for a surge of jealousy to sweep over me, but there was nothing.’
‘I was seeing someone and Tim was seeing someone; it was no longer a case of a discreet one-night stand occasionally. Was there really any point in staying together?’
Denise waited a few weeks to question Tim about the text messages but when she did he denied having girlfriend.
After the coupple had a few drinks he admitted that he did cheat and DID have a girlfriend who was called Jo.
Denise decided to text Jo and told her that she didn’t mind her and Tim seeing each other but their children were the most important thing she cared about.
The next day Jo text Denise back and asked to meet her to talk about the situation over a glass of wine but Denise wasn’t ready to forge a friendship with her.
She then told Tim that she was done and said that he sould be with Jo if he wanted to.
She said:
‘Tim and I finally had the conversation at the Hemmel, our family house in the North East, where we go for Christmas most years. ‘I really think we should go our separate ways, don’t you?’ I said as he lit my cigarette for me,’
Tim and Denise both decided to announce their split on ITV’S Loose Women back in February 6th.
Since the couple split they both have found new partners and are very happy.

Loose Women’s Denise Welch Says That She Still Loves Ex-Husband Tim Healy
Denise Welch may claime that she has meet a new man and has moved on from ex-husband Tim Healy but he still says that she still loves him and admits that she is still wearing the wedding ring!
She said to Closer magazine:
‘I have only good things to say about my marriage and just because Tim and I aren’t ‘in love’ any more, it doesn’t mean we don’t still love each other.
‘Why would I get rid of my ring? Tim and I were together for 24 years – we really tried to make things work and we’ve brought up two amazing children.’
The Loose Woman has said that she is still friends with her ex and acknowledges that they had simply grown apart.
‘We were good friends, but we were getting to the point where we’d have lost our friendship if we kept the marriage going.
