Rob Kardashian Pleads NOT Guilty To Battery & Theft!
Rob Kardashian was charged with battery and theft after he stle a camera off a paparazzi who was trying to get a photo of him topless working out at the gym.
Rob physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera so that is why he is also being charged with theft.
Robert showed up at court yesterday and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
The judge has allowed him to remain free of his own recognizance even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The reality star will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.

Rob Kardashian Get’s Charged With Battery And Theft After Fight With Paparazzi!
Reality star Rob Kardashian is facing charges battery after he decided to have a little fight with a paparazzi!
If you have forgotten what went on we will remind you! Rob was outside of a LA gym last March when Rob was just trying to work out when a photographer tried to get a photo of him topless.
Mr Kardashian really did not like the actions of the photographer and asked her to delete the photo but she refused to so Rob took matters into his own hands and stole the camera.
So now rob could be charged with Battery and Theft for stealing the camera.
There has been talks about weather they could class the woman’s action as trespassing on private property, but that doesn’t really matter at this point.
We still do not know what kind of penalties Rob can face at this point and there is nto set date but we know ti will not be long until we know.

Some one has broken into Julianne Moore and STOLE $127,000 worth of jewelry from her collection!
At this moment the police have no specific suspects but they have between 15 and 25 workers to pick from. Moore was not at her home during the time of the break in as she is filming Carrie in Toronto.
The workers are going to have to find a necklace, a $33,000 Cartier platinum diamond tennis bracelet and four Cartier watches worth a combined $77,800.
So there is someone walking around with $123 thousands dollars worth of jewelry on.

After a very busy summer with getting in trouble with police and the law Lindsay Lohan has decided to put Los Angeles behind her and move to New York City’s Tribeca area for a new start.
Sources close to Lohan have said that her and her ssistant,Gavin Doyle are going to waite until Fashion Week this September is over to move to New York as she will be attending the event.
Maybe in New your she will be able to keep it together and not drink so much like she did on Tuesday night of this week as she was potted drinking vodka sodas and singing along to karaoke at Dorrian.

Despite Lindsay Lohan being accused of stealing loads of moneys worth of Jewelry from a house that she was partying st over the weekend the last thing you would expect was her tweeting photos of her Jewelry on Twitter.
Today she uploaded the photo saying:

…… I love feeling like Elizabeth Taylor.
But now it has been said that the items are just production of Liz & Dick.
But her posting this makes her look like shes giving hints out that she stole the jewelry!
Lindsay Lohan Could Face Another Year In Prison For Her Lying!
At the start of the summer this year Lindsay Lohan was a suspect in stealing $100,000 worth of watches and jewelry from a house party and she was also involved in a car accident on the PCH with an 18-wheeler on the way to the set of Liz & Dick?
Now the police from Santa Monica have gotten around to looking into her telling lies and she could face a year in prison.
Lindsay is said to be very cooperative with the police andother LAPD authorities attempting to question her on the theft, and has her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley making a fuss and claiming they should be speaking to her client through her!
