Lindsay Lohan’s Alleged Assault Case Could Be Coming To A Court Near You!

Detectives have almost finished looking at the everdance on the Lindsay Lohan Standard Hotel little tiff but they have not gathered enough information to charge the hot-tempered Lilo with assault.
One source close to the investigation has said:
“There is enough compelling evidence to charge Lindsay with assault as investigators have three very solid and credible witnesses, including the alleged victim.”
The have looked a CCTV videos at The Standard hotel the night of the ‘fight,’ Lindsay vehemently denied she had even left her home, claiming she was being a model citizen, watching political dramaHomeland.
This is so silly but, the ‘victim’ Marisa Dugas doesn’t even plan on suing Linds, she only wants the troubled celeb to apologize and admit responsibility!
Dugas’ attorney insists:
“Marisa Dugas just wants Lindsay Lohan to publicly apologize to her for the assault, and be held responsible for her actions. I can definitively tell you that Marisa has absolutely no plans to sue Lindsay Lohan. Lindsay should be treated just like everyone else and not get any special treatment because she is a celebrity. Lindsay Lohan needs to stop lying about where she really was that night and grow up.”
We will have to see what comes out of this!!
Lindsay Lohan Has Signed For The Elizabeth Taylor Biopic!

Lindsay Lohan has been officially signed by Lifetime to play Elizabeth Taylor in their upcoming biopic Liz & Dick, which will chronicle the late icon’s turbulent romance with Richard Burton!
Lohan has said in a in a statement:
“I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor. She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role.”
So it looks like all what has happend with the hotel situation has not affected Lindsay getting this part!
This could be one of the biggest things she has ever done and its such a great opertunity for her.

Los Angeles, CA (April 23, 2012) – Lindsay Lohan is set to star as the legendary Elizabeth Taylor in the Lifetime Original MovieLiz & Dick, based on the true story of the screen icon’s historic romance with actor Richard Burton. Principal photography on the movie will begin in early June in Los Angeles, it was announced today by Rob Sharenow, Executive Vice President, Programming, of Lifetime Networks.

Every time Lindsay Lohan goes to the Standard Hotel she just cant stay out of trouble and apparently, she is now vowing to friends that she will never step foot inside there AGAIN!
Apparently, she now understands that she’s got one massive scarlet letter on her back that ensures anyone with whom she squabbles publicity, money, or both, and is on the look-out for a new place to to club in peace!
She need to start reading books or staying in watching TV lol.
