Paul O’Grady Say’s He Gave Up His Chat Show Due To Being Fed Up With A-Listers Baggage
Paul O’Grady has admitted that the real reason why he gave up his tea time chat show was due to all the a-listers baggage that they brought when there where appearing on the show.
The chat show host also said that he was often left uninterested during interviews with his high-profile guests.
Talking about ending the show Paul said:
‘I’d had enough. I’d been doing it for eight years and I thought if I don’t get out from behind this desk I’m going to go mad, because guests would come in and say things like: “I’ve just come back from Borneo.” And I just felt like someone’s relative who you feel it is obligatory to visit to see what they have been up to.
‘Some weeks I’d have five books to read and I’d be up until 3am doing the research.
‘We haven’t gone into production yet, so we haven’t chosen any guests to appear on the show, but there are people I want – people you don’t see on the TV all the time but who have great stories to tell.
‘People like Elkie Brooks and Leslie Jordan. I’ve interviewed Leslie before and the audience just fell in love with him – rather than the A-listers who tell you, “you can’t say this, you can’t say that. Don’t mention this, don’t mention that.” I used to think, “well, what are we going to talk about? The weather?” It’s was a nightmare.’
But Paul did say on Loose Women a few months back that he will braing the show back on day but he dosent think it will be live as he will pre-record the show.
Kris Jenner’s New Talk Show Set Made To Look Like Her Home!
Kris Jenner is responsible for making the Kardashian girls as successful as they are today but now she’s going to be put into more of the media spotlight than she already is.
The momanger has been given her own chat show and now a photo has been posted online of the set of the studio and it’s just like her grand mansion.
Kris has talked about the set saying:
‘All that’s missing is Fred Astaire,’
‘I know other talk-show sets are intimate and conservative, but I dream big.’
We need energy and glamour in the afternoon.
‘I make a grand entrance down my own staircase at least once a day only there’s nobody there to enjoy it. I’m like, “Where is everybody?” That’s why I needed a talk show!’
The new chat show premieres July 15.
Oprah Winfrey Is Missing Her TV Show!
Since Oprah Winfrey gave up her chat show it has left a big gap in the daily TV listings but now she could be coming back on our TV screens.
Chatting to Steve Harvey, the queen of america TV said:
“I got a little choked up seeing [the audience] today, because what I really miss is the camaraderie with the audience every day. … I did that for 25 years.”
Her show use to be on everyday but it look’s like if she does come back it will not be daily:
“I wanted to keep rising, and to leave while I was still rising.”
Kris Jenner’s Talk Show Will First Air This July!
We told you last year about Kris Jenner has got her hands on her won TV chat show this summer but we didn’t know what was going on with it as Kris and her family have all their show’s with E! and her chat show would be on FOX!
This did cause a bit of trouble but now we have learnt that the show is going to go a head and will first air this july!!!!
The daytime show will focus on pop culture so we could see another Chelsea Handler or an Ellen DeGeneres in the works here!
Kris Jenner Gets Her Own Summer Show
This summer looks like it’s going to be big for the mum of the Kardashian girls as Kris Jenner has now got her hands on her own show!
The reality star’s chat show will not be aired on E! but instead on FOX.
The show will be an hour long of Kris talking about whatever she want so we know that all she will talk about is her daughters.
The senior vice president of programming for the stations Frank Cicha recently said:
“Wouldn’t be summer without at least one test, would it? In all seriousness, we go into this believing that if it works, the Kris Jenner program could really complement what we’ve got going with Wendy, Bethenny, etc.”
Kris Jenner Is Never Going To Divorce Bruce!
Every day more and more rumours come out about Bruce and Kris Jenner and how they are just staying together for their reality shows but now this has forced Kris to speek out!
When asked about their realtionship Kris said:
Kris is really busy this summer as she has now landed her won chat show so she will not be seeing Bruce much in the summer.
