Swank recently go rid of her boyfriend and now the house has gone that she bought when they started dating.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms and is MASSIVE!!
The house includes double-gated motor court”a fitness room, leather-walled cigar room and wine cellar, a state-of-the art theater and, of course, an extra-long saltwater swimming pool!
The house is on the market for $9.495 million dollars she only paid $5.8 million when she bought it back in 2007.

The 24-acre mansion is located just north of London in Herfordshire and has 7 bedrooms, a 52-ft garden pavillion with a marble floor, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, a recording studio, and a gym.
The house looks so lovely but they just want to move to the sun in Los Angeles.
They purchased the place for $4 million and are selling it for 7 times that!
