Legal papers have said that Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise marriage was over six moths before the couple divorced!
The legal papers where filed on August 17 New York State Supreme Court Judge Matthew F. Cooper signed the forums himself.
Katie Holmes Moves All Of Her Stuff Out Of Tom Cruise’s House!
It looks like it diffidently over for Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise as Katie has moved all her stuff put of Tom’s house.
A PODS moving & storage truck was spotted outside of her former Bel Air home this week, which she once shared with her ex-husband.
Since her new Manhattan apartment can’t possibly fit a mansion’s worth of belongings, her stuff will be placed in storage for now.
Its All Over For Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes As They Reach Divorce Settlement
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have officially come to an agreement!
You might know that a statement was released saying that the case has now been settled.
Katie’s attorney states:
“The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.”
As of now, no details regarding the agreement have been made public, but we can only hope that Suri’s best interests WERE kept in mind!

Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise Together Again
Just as you where thinking it was all going to kick off in the Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise relationship crisis its looking like they are getting back together!
Well only to talk about the divorce….
Most likely for the sake of Suri‘s future sanity (and money), the pair have agreed to let their lawyers attempt negotiations for a completedivorce settlement.
Assuming everything goes well, this means NO court battles! And NOCalifornia transfer pleas!
Despite KatieKat’s amped legal team, they do want to find a peaceful solution to everything (including child custody and support) outside the walls of a judge’s kingdom.

Katie Holmes Talks About The Divorce
When Katie Holmes was out shopping for some barbecue supplies she finally talked about her feelings on the divorce to the press.
Pickin’ up some hamburger meat and buns, presumably for some freedom festivities (read into that however you like) , the clever lil’ minx told one source:
“I’m all right. Thank you!”
Okay, so it’s not a full statement, but at least she’s talkin!
And she might have even said more in her Elle magazine interview, where she hints at a “new phase.”
Meanwhile, her father is saying the same thing when paparazzi ask him what’s up. “We’re all fine,” he’ll say, as he carries a cake to Katie’s new place.
They seem 100% comfortable in the situation. Confidence all over the place!

As you might know that sadly Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes relationship is sadly over but hes seeking the SAME Divorce Lawyer Used In Nicole Kidman Split!
The lawyer is Dennis Wasser and she will rep him — the same lawyer he used when he split from Nicole Kidman eleven years ago!
Katie however, filed in NYC on Thursday, where she hopes to have a better chance at being granted sole custody of little Suri!
