Tom Cruise has had his neighbor tasered & arrested for walking on his property.
Tom’s neighbor jumped over the gate to try to get into the movie star’s home as he was drunk so the security called the cops and had him arrested.
The intruder was tasered too with a stun gun until the police arrived.
Tom or his family where NOT in the house at the time of the break in.

Lindsay Lohan Says To Tom Cruise: ‘I Had NO Part In The Vanity Fair Story’
Rumors have been flying around Hollywood from 2005 David Miscavigeand his followers were interviewing a actresses to play the role of Tom Cruise’s wife.
Also star in a new Vanity Fair that came out in the news yesterday but now we have learnt that the rumors are true.
Lindsay said on her Twitter that she ”had no part” in the magazine’s controversial story:
I just want everyone & @tomcruise to know, that I have/had NO part in the VF story.. Nor has anyone in my life, personal and work related.

But that’s not the full story as a source has said:
“Lindsay met with Tom before he met Katie. At first, she was super excited to work with Tom and thought it was about a role in Mission: Impossible. It soon became clear that he wasn’t looking for an actress but something very different.”
Its All Over For Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes As They Reach Divorce Settlement
Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise have officially come to an agreement!
You might know that a statement was released saying that the case has now been settled.
Katie’s attorney states:
“The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life. We thank Tom’s counsel for their professionalism and diligence that helped bring about this speedy resolution.”
As of now, no details regarding the agreement have been made public, but we can only hope that Suri’s best interests WERE kept in mind!

Katie Holmes Talks About The Divorce
When Katie Holmes was out shopping for some barbecue supplies she finally talked about her feelings on the divorce to the press.
Pickin’ up some hamburger meat and buns, presumably for some freedom festivities (read into that however you like) , the clever lil’ minx told one source:
“I’m all right. Thank you!”
Okay, so it’s not a full statement, but at least she’s talkin!
And she might have even said more in her Elle magazine interview, where she hints at a “new phase.”
Meanwhile, her father is saying the same thing when paparazzi ask him what’s up. “We’re all fine,” he’ll say, as he carries a cake to Katie’s new place.
