The two Australian DJ’s who called Kate Middleton‘s hospital are not going to face charges.
Mel Grieg and Michael Christian prank called the hospital that Middleton was staying at a few months back but now it’s been said that they will not be facing charges!
The pair have lost their radio station but are still employed.
This is what The CPS said:
“Having carefully reviewed the evidence currently available, we have concluded that there is no evidence to support a charge of manslaughter and that although there is some evidence to warrant further investigation of offences under the Data Protection Act 1998, the Malicious Communications Act 1988 and the Communications Act 2003, no further investigation is required because any potential prosecution would not be in the public interest.”

The two radio DJ’s who prank called the hospital that Kate Middleton was staying at have official lost their jobs.
The pair called the hospital pretending to be the Queen Prince Philip and the nurse who answered the phone later took her own life all because of the call.
But now it’s been released Michael Christian and Mel Greig job at Hot 30 has been taken away from them.
Michael Christian and Mel Greig had said:
“We look forward to Mel and MC returning to work when the time is right, in roles that make full use of their talents. We will discuss future roles with them when they are ready.”

Celebrity Rehab star Mindy McCready is mourning the loss of her boyfriend David Wilson after he took his own life!
Authorities have said that the 34-year-old died from self-inflicted gunshot wound Sunday night in his Arkansas home.
Mindy has released the following statement saying:
“Today, we mourn the loss of my life partner and my children’s father, David Wilson. David was my soulmate; he was a caregiver and guiding hand to our sons, Zander and Zayne. He was a precious gift from God to all of us and, yesterday, he returned home and is now with his mother and father. David loved and he was loved. Those who knew and loved him will miss him; those who did not know David missed the opportunity to know a truly loving and gifted man.”
David was a father to their 9-month-old Zayne.
Australian DJs That Did The Prank Call To Kate Middleton’s Hospital Are ‘Unlikely’ To Be Charged
The two radio DJ’s who called Kate Middleton‘s hospital to get information out of hospital staff as they posted as the Queen and Prince Charles where worried that they where going to be charged as the lady who answered the photo committed suicide but it looks like it will be ’Unlikely’ they will be.
Yesterday a statement was released from London Metropolitan Police saying:
“Following the death of Jacintha Saldanha, officers have liaised with the Crown Prosecution Service as to whether any criminal offenses had been committed in relation to the hoax call made to King Edward VII Hospital in the early hours of Tuesday, 4 December.
On Wednesday, 19 December, officers submitted a file to the Crown Prosecution Service for them to consider whether any potential offenses may have been committed by making the hoax call. We are not prepared to discuss further.”
Then talking again one Deputy Police Commissioner said that it is “unlikely that any charges will be laid.”
Kate Middleton’s Nurse Who Took Her Own Life Had A History Of Attempting Suicide
The nurse who killed herself after receiving a hoax call about Kate Middleton has tried to commit suicide two times before!
Jacintha Saldanha tried to take her own life twice last December as she tried to overdosed on pills and apparently almost jumped off a building nine days later.
She spend a few days in intensive care and received psychiatric treatment and anti-depressants.

The two Australian DJs Mel Greig and Michael Christian are facing possible charges after the suicide of Jacintha Saldanha.
To recap the DJs called the hospital that Kate Middleton was staying when she had morning sickness claming that they where the Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles to obtain medical information on Kate condition.
Prosecutors are currently reviewing the case and are looking into what’s going to happen to the Australian DJs.
