Every time Lindsay Lohan goes to the Standard Hotel she just cant stay out of trouble and apparently, she is now vowing to friends that she will never step foot inside there AGAIN!
Apparently, she now understands that she’s got one massive scarlet letter on her back that ensures anyone with whom she squabbles publicity, money, or both, and is on the look-out for a new place to to club in peace!
She need to start reading books or staying in watching TV lol.

Police Want To Talk To Lindsay Lohan! As Witness Says She Started The Fight!

The witness who is on the victims side of the story has told the police that Lindsay Lohan was the one who instigated the now infamous fight at the Standard Hotel!
Lindsay and Marisa Dugas sat in neighboring booths a few weeks back, the witness claims Lindsay tapped Marisa and said, “Did you bump me?”
Marisa of course denied it and pinned the blame on a man in Lindsay’s group — her father, Michael Lohan — to which Lindsay replied, “That’s my dad! Why would he bump me?”
The girl shouted back ”You go clubbing with your dad!?!”
And after this is all went mad The witness says Linds snapped and threw a drink in the girl’s face!!
A source close to the investigation reveals:
Law enforcement had been in contact with Lindsay’s attorney last week, and they wanted to formally interview her. The lead investigator was told that Lindsay wasn’t going to be made available at this time though. She is under no obligation to be interviewed, but Marisa, her friend and the bouncer who witnessed the alleged assault, have all been formally interviewed by cops.
She just need to say out of trouble but we know she mush be feeling s**t at the moment!!
Lindsay Lohan Lies About The Assault As Cops Have Surveillance Footage From Night Of Alleged Assault!!

Over the last few weeks Lindsay Lohan has keep on saying that she did not Assault a woman and she was not staying at the Standard Hotel after Marisa Dugas accused her of assault.
She insisted that she was sitting at home watching TV that night.
But now it has came out that she has been lying and West Hollywood police have acquired surveillance footage that PROVES she was there!!
Why lie Lindsay you in so much trouble!!
Law enforcement sources explain:
Investigators obtained the surveillance video from the Smoke & Mirrors nightclub at The Standard Hotel and it clearly shows that Lindsay was there on the night of the alleged assault. The investigation is still ongoing and follow-up interviews will now be conducted as necessary. Of course, investigators want to interview Lindsay about the incident, but she hasn’t been interviewed yet, nor is she under any obligation to do so.
This is so bad shed should have just said that she was there shes in so much trouble now!!!!
Lindsay Lohan Has Been Accused By Another Witness
Three people have come forward an friend of the lady that has said that Lindsay Lohan did alleged attacked in a night club!
The Victims friend stepped forward and claims that Lindsay Lohan was DEFINITELY at the Standard on the night of the incident.
The new witness contends Lohan absolutely shoved her friend,Marissa Dugas, and has filed an official statement to the Los Angeles Police.
One anonymous source said:
“A woman that was at the nightclub, saw Lindsay shove Marisa, while she was standing with her back to her. She gave an honest account of what she saw that night, there is no doubt in her mind that it was Lindsay Lohan, there is absolutely no way Marisa or her friend would file a false police report, it’s just not who these ladies are. Both are fully aware of the implications of filing a false police report, and it’s absolutely disgusting that anyone would suggest they are lying.”
Lindsay says that she dint the incident and also there are no photos to prove that it did happen!
We really don’t think that she would do that with all the trouble that she has been it so we don’t know who to believe.

This story is looking like its a fake and made up by the woman!!
A woman claimed that Lindsay Lohan beat her up at the Standard Hotel forflirting with the hottie she wanted to spend the night with, everyone and their mama jumped on the investigation.
Now a hotel employees have come forward to insist there was no sighting or talk of the troubled starlet being anywhere inside the hotel the night of the “incident.”
We really dont know why the woman would make this story up about Lohan its just not fair to lie!!
