Rob Kardashian Pleads NOT Guilty To Battery & Theft!
Rob Kardashian was charged with battery and theft after he stle a camera off a paparazzi who was trying to get a photo of him topless working out at the gym.
Rob physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera so that is why he is also being charged with theft.
Robert showed up at court yesterday and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
The judge has allowed him to remain free of his own recognizance even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The reality star will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.

Rob Kardashian Get’s Charged With Battery And Theft After Fight With Paparazzi!
Reality star Rob Kardashian is facing charges battery after he decided to have a little fight with a paparazzi!
If you have forgotten what went on we will remind you! Rob was outside of a LA gym last March when Rob was just trying to work out when a photographer tried to get a photo of him topless.
Mr Kardashian really did not like the actions of the photographer and asked her to delete the photo but she refused to so Rob took matters into his own hands and stole the camera.
So now rob could be charged with Battery and Theft for stealing the camera.
There has been talks about weather they could class the woman’s action as trespassing on private property, but that doesn’t really matter at this point.
We still do not know what kind of penalties Rob can face at this point and there is nto set date but we know ti will not be long until we know.

It look’s like there is another celebrity couple!
New reports have said that Calvin Harris is dating Rita Ora!
The Sun newspaper has said that the pair are ’inseparable’ over the past few weeks and even Rita flew to Las Vegas to visit Harris last weekend.
The pair where seen flirting as he performed at the Grand Hotel’s Hakkasan club in Sin City on Saturday.
On Saturday Rita posted the photo above of him and Rita together with the caption:
“You again!”
Friends of the rumoured couple have said that they are the e “perfect couple”, as sources have said:
“They are having a great time and are really into each other.”
“It’s early days, but they’re keen on each other.”

Robert Kardashian’s widow, Ellen, has been selling loads of stories about the Kardashian sisters about their dad who passed away in 2003 from esophageal cancer.
It was only the other day when she claimed that Kris Jenner was ‘neglectful’ to her children Kim, Kourtney, Khloe and Rob but now she has gone and said more.
Ellen has now said that the Kardashian’s ditched their father when he was at his deathbed!!
This is what she said:
“When he passed away his children were not there. My daughter was there and three friends of ours. They were there early in the morning. I don’t know why they didn’t come back. They knew that it would be soon, and they knew it would be that evening.”
But we have heard the girls talk a lot about how hard it was when they dad died so we cant see this being true.
But now Ellen is really trying to convince everyone of otherwise as this is what she has now said:
“They came at different times. From time to time they would come together. Robert Jr. lived with us, so he was there on a daily basis. The girls would stop in when they wanted to … I really think that it was very important for him to have his family. He was very family oriented. That was his life, with his children. So yes, I know that he was very sad about that… Robert would have been very sad had he known that his children were not there by his bedside.”
Kris Jenner Gets Her Own Summer Show
This summer looks like it’s going to be big for the mum of the Kardashian girls as Kris Jenner has now got her hands on her own show!
The reality star’s chat show will not be aired on E! but instead on FOX.
The show will be an hour long of Kris talking about whatever she want so we know that all she will talk about is her daughters.
The senior vice president of programming for the stations Frank Cicha recently said:
“Wouldn’t be summer without at least one test, would it? In all seriousness, we go into this believing that if it works, the Kris Jenner program could really complement what we’ve got going with Wendy, Bethenny, etc.”
