Radiohead Concert Victim Identified As Drum Technician
It happen just before Radiohead were set to perform in Downsfield, Toronto Saturday, their stage collapsed, killing one and injuring three.
he deceased has now been identified as Drum Technician Scott Johnson, and Radiohead have since posted a tribute to Scott on their website
Drummer Philip Selway gave a touching Memoriam:
“We have all been shattered by the loss of Scott Johnson, our friend and colleague. He was a lovely man, always positive, supportive and funny; a highly skilled and valued member of our great road crew. We will miss him very much. Our thoughts and love are with Scott’s family and all those close to him.”

Radiohead Stage Collapses, Killing One & Injuring Three!
It was just before Radiohead went on to perform at Toronto’s Downsview Park, the stage collapsed, injuring three and killing another!
While an investigation is still determining what caused the collapse, one of the injured remains in serious condition at Sunnybrook Hospital.
Radiohead had to cancel the concert, tweeting:
“Due to unforeseen circumstances tonight’s at downsview park tonight has been cancelled. Fans are advised not to make their way to the venue.”
This is so sad!
