Russel Brand Gets Community Service And Has To Pay Court Fine For The iPhone Throwing!
As some of you might know Russel Brand got a little pissed when a fans iPhone but now he has to pay by doing Community Service And Has To Pay Court Fine For what he did.
While he won’t have to serve jail time for swinging the phone at the pesky pap, it looks like he WILL have to pitch in for some community service!
This morning during his court arraignment, Russy was ordered to pay a $500 court fee, as well being ordered to perform 20 hours of community service.
Though he wasn’t in court, his attorney pled not-guilty for him.
As far as that one count of a misdemeanor? Looks like as long as Brand finishes his community service by August 31, he will NOT be charged with the misdemeanor of criminal damage to property!
Thats not good Russ!!!!
Russell Brand Is Going To Fight Felony Charges

Russel Brand arrested in New Orleans for throwing a photographers iPhone through a window, the actor/comedian plans on fighting thefelony charges that could very well be filed against him.
He was then set free on a $5,000 bond. He already paid $240 to fix the window and claims the damage to the iPhone was minor.
He also has been said he wants to make it clear that he was provoked by the photographer!

Russell Brand may have only been well thinking hes doing the right thing to honor Steve Jobs but its wrong as he could be faceing Louisana property damage that exceeds $500 triggers a felony arrest, that’s exactly what he’ll have to honor now!
If prosecutors decide that they do want to file felony charges on simple criminal damage, he could be facing two years behind bars!
He might have thort he was gdoing the wright thing but not when your going to get punished like he could be!!

You may rember we reported yesterday that , Russell Brand handed himself into the police after what happend with the iPhone incerdent!
He snatched a photog iPhone and chucked through a window (for Steve Jobs). Now, he has to pay his debt society … and that doesn’t come cheap.
He has to pay for his repentance? 5,000 dollars.
The actor turned himself in and was booked on two counts of simple criminal damage to property by the Nawlins Sheriff’s Office.
Russell posted his $5K bail and is once again a free man!
He has also agreed to pay for the window he smashed, which totaled a whopping $240.
Russel was also spotted walking the streets of Nawlins with a new lady only hours after he got let out of prison.
Really hope he dont throw any more phones thought windows!!
