Lindsay Lohan Is “Freaked Out” About The Possibility Of Spending Christmas In Prison!
Lindsay Lohan has been in jail so many times now but it looks like the possiblity of going back inside for Christmas is scaring Lohan.
Lindsay lied to the police about the car accident that she was involved in a few months back causing it to led to her latest probation violation, but now she is so worried she will be in prison for Christmas.
Lindsay is trying every thing to keep her out of jail over the Christmas and New Year period she even talked to her long-suffering lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to do whatever it takes to keep her out!
A insider has said:
“Lindsay is absolutely freaked out about the possibility of going back to jail because she allegedly violated her probation in her necklace theft case when she was formally charged with lying top cops after a horrific car crash last summer in Santa Monica. Lindsay knows it’s almost a foregone conclusion that even if she admits to the probation violation without having a formal hearing, and throws herself at the mercy of the judge, she would be sentenced to significant jail time. Lindsay’s arraignment for the new charges is scheduled for December 15, and she isn’t required to appear because she was charged with misdemeanors. However, the judge could order her to appear because of her lengthy criminal history. Lindsay is facing about 253 days behind bars, if she is found guilty of violating her probation, and she would serve 25% of that sentence because of overcrowding in jails in Los Angeles. Lindsay would serve about 63 days behind bars. Lindsay was locked up in 2010 for 13 days for violating probation in her DUI case, and said it was the darkest time of her life. If Lindsay could sell a body part to keep her out of jail, she would. She is that desperate about the thought of going back to jail.”

Lindsay Lohan has been arrested on early Thursday morning after she hit a woman in a nightclub in New York!
The actress has been reported that law enforcement report that the Liz & Dick star.
She had the fight at Club Avenue around 4am with some random woman Lindsay told her to “Give me my space” but soon after, she lost her cool and punched her!
She’s going to getr herself in so much trouble as now she has broke her probation!

Lindsay Lohan was arrested for allegedly hitting a guy with her car Wednesday morning, but Lindsay Lohan doesn’t think that anything will come from it or effect her probation.
Lhona is still saying she’s innocent and she thinks that her judge Stephanie Sautner will see her side.
Sources are now saying that:
“Lindsay believes that her arrest in New York City won’t cause any trouble for her even though she is still on probation in the necklace theft case. Lindsay doesn’t believe that Judge Stephanie Sautner would find that she had violated terms of her probation, because she maintains that she never hit the pedestrian. Lindsay is confident that she won’t suffer any legal consequences from her arrest. Lindsay says she would never leave the scene of an accident if she was aware she had hit someone and she is hopeful that this matter will be resolved quickly.”
Also more sources are saying that Shawn Holley was called immediately:
“Shawn Holley was woken up very, very early this morning after Lindsay was arrested. Lindsay was able to speak with Shawn while she was being processed at the police station. Lindsay is no stranger to being arrested and she followed Shawn’s advice and didn’t talk to the cops.”

Lindsay Lohan has been ARRESTED in Manhattan this morning after she allegedly hit a pedestrian with her can and DROVE off leaving the pedestrian all by themselves.
Sources are saying from the law enforcement that Lindsay was trying to park her car near the Dream Hotel around 2am when she backing hit a 30-year-old man on the knee with her Porsche Cayenne.
A person at the scene who saw what was going on called the police and Lindsay emerged around 2:30am then was arrested by the police.
The man that got hit has been hospitalized, but onlookers have said that he had no visible injuries!
There was no alcohol involved then later Lindsay was released with a desk appearance ticket.
Most weeks we get different story’s about this girl getting into more and more trouble.
That’s So Raven Star Orlando Brown Re-Arrested For Failing To Abide By Terms Of D.U.I. Probation!
If you remember back to August when That’s So Raven star Orlando Brownwas busted for a DUI with his pregnant gurlfriend in the vehicle with him?
Lets recap:
he managed to strike a plea deal, for which he avoided doing time in jail, but in order to do so, he was required to complete an alcohol education program!
He was was thrown back in the clink two weeks ago because he NEVER enrolled in the class, NOR did he pay $1,908 in fines and court fees!
Since then he been bailed out, but when you’re so adamant about refusing to abide the law as he seems to be, we’re sure he’ll be back again REAL soon!
