It’s been reported that Lindsay Lohan was assaulted in her hotel room by a man in Manhattan early this morning!
Officials have said that Lindsay went to pick up the man and took him back to her hotel room at 1 Oak and took him back to the 15th floor at the W Hotel.
They the pair started an argument over the phone then he took the argument off the phone and stated hitting her and trying to CHOKED her!
Thankfully Lindsay was able to escape and get away and raise the alarm that the man was there and Police where called and the man is now currently awaiting charges!

As you know Lindsay Lohan was arrested on Wednesday morning after she crashed into a man well now it has came out that she was wasted Or so witness have said
Jose Rodriguez has made a claime that Lindsay was drinking alcohol at the time of the incident.
But Jose said that Lindsay was slurring her words the victim said:
“I saw this car come real quick and hit me. I was in so much pain. I fell to the side.”
Rodrieguez said that he was taken to the Bellevue hospitals where doctors gave him morphine and treated his torn tendons.
We have just got to see whats going on with this.

Rocker star Slash said that he think’s the thing with whats going on with Lindsay Lohan hitting the man with her car when she was possibly drunk and driving away” is just one big miss understanding!
Splash talked on Twitter saying:
“The situation last night w/Lindsey was a lame paparazzi stunt. She didn’t do anything. it’s being blown out of proportion. (sic)”
But how does he know this? He wasn’t even there!

Lindsay Lohan has done her normal and made out she knows nothing about hitting the man!
Sources have said that she had no idea she even hit anyone and she did not find out until the cops arrested her. The victim has no visible injuries in site!
She need to put the car keys away and take a taxi next time then she keeps out of trouble that way.

Lindsay Lohan’s Rep has finally talked in a statement about what happened with Lindsay and the car accident!
In the statement her rep said:
“While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.”
Witness Of Lindsay Lohan’s Crash Say’s She’s Telling Porkies About The Crash AGAIN!

Witnesses who were in the alley near the Dream Hotel when Lindsay Lohan crashed into a man and just driving of have reveled that ”She’s driving in this freight area”:
“She’s driving in this freight area, going very slow. She’s hitting her horn because there’s a lot of people in the area. The crowd moves but she kind of brushes against this one guy. He runs up to her, tells her she hit him. They get out of the car, there’s some interaction with her, her entourage and the guy.”
Lohan has said that she di not even know she hit ANYONE untill she was arrested later on in the evening.
Now all we have to do it to wait for to other onlookers to talk about the crash.
