Kelly Osbourne Shares Her Weight Loss Secrets
Kelly Osbourne has worked really hard to lose weight the last few months and it really has worked as she lost 70 POUNDS but how did she do it???
The Fashion Police star has said that she does cardio, weights, pilates, yoga and she uses a Hoopnotica hula hoop, which has recently taken two inches off her waist.
This is what Miss O had to say:
“I eat my fattiest meal in the A.M. If I’m craving pizza, I’ll have it for breakfast, salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner.
I dress up for the gym. That way, when you see your reflection in the mirror, you’re like, ‘Oh, I look cute!’ not ‘Get me out of here!
I don’t compare myself to anybody else. It’s OK to have a healthy envy and look up to somebody and set goals, but you have to realize that you’re never going to be exactly that person. Wishing you were Angelina Jolie or J.Lo isn’t going to change the fact.”

We have not seen Miley Cyrus smoking for ages but it looks like she still is smoking as we was hoping that she was not.
Maybe its because of all the stress of the wedding!!
After noticing she was caught by the paps, Mz. Soon-to-be Hemsworth rolled up her window and tried to shield her face!
We know you know better, Miley! It’s NOT good for your health, it’s not good for your voice and it most definitely will NOT help you out inpilates class!

Miley Cyrus Tweets Very Worrying Photo Of Her Looking Very Skinny!
Teen queen Miley Cyrus has tweeted a very worrying photo of herself looking very very slim!
But it’s not. Normal type of slim as she looks anerexcic and it’s so not normal.
Along with the photo the beauty tweeted:
my “Fiance” jeans. but for real though.
It makes us feel so sick to see her that think like a twig.
Her pilates instructor has defended her weight, saying people “just need to chill out,” but we can’t help it if we’re worried for Mileybird!
Meanwhile, fiance Liam Hemsworth just told Men’s Health that he worked out so hard for The Hunger Games, he actually had to wait half an hour after sessions before driving home.

Haylie Duff Adopts Homeless Puppy!
This little cute is the new addition to the Duff family.
Duff adopted a puppy that’s a 9-week-old Chihuahua-pug mix, named Kennedy, who was abandoned in East L.A.
Here’s what she said on Twitter:
“Thanks to the Poopie Foundation, Birdie & I have a perfect lil rescue pup joining our family! Kennedy!
She claimed my heart the second I met her.”

We are not 100% sure if this is a self harming wond but it looks like it to us!!
People are getting so worried as she loosing so much weight:
“Scars remind us of where we’ve been. not where we’re going.”
We really are hoping that are not slip marks.
If she is cutting, then we need to stand up with her and give her the support she needs!
If these are just remnants of her past, well, we hope she keeps them in the past and practices what she preaches about scars!

Miley Cyrus wants the world to know that shes not anorexic.
So many people are saying that she is but it has been said that she has food allergies!
if you know anything about food allergies, not only can they wreak havoc on your system and cause you to lose weight, but they can also be pretty dangerous!
Here what the starlet said:
“For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!”
We really hope that shes just not putting on a face to make out she not anorexic.
