Legal papers have said that Katie Holmes & Tom Cruise marriage was over six moths before the couple divorced!
The legal papers where filed on August 17 New York State Supreme Court Judge Matthew F. Cooper signed the forums himself.

The couple announced their split last November but its came out today that Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore Haven’t Even Filed Divorce Papers Yet!
Since they’ve waited so long to take any kind of action, people are starting to wonder whether or not the couple was actually married in the first place! A source explained the speculation by saying:
“There has been speculation for a while that Demi and Ashton were never actually legally married and that’s why they haven’t filed divorce papers yet. Some people think that they were just married in a symbolic Kabbalah ceremony and that they never actually filed the paperwork to make it legal.”
We know that there is nothing wrong with taking your time.
