It was back in May when Justin Bieber got into a little scuffle with a paparazzi but now he’s walked away a free man.
The pap called the police and Justin drove off with Selena Gomez but in the end the police tracked him down.
But new reports have said that there is too little evidence and various and the LA County DA is NOT going to charge the teenager.
So now Justin can just carry on with his tour and not have to worry about whats going to happen about the incidents.

The actress had to kiss and make up with her mum after falling out with her over Dina over an owed $40,000 and possible coke problem changed.

The singer was spotted out at the Eden Night club in El Lay, when she steeped out of the car she had her legs closed with one leg before the other stepping out like a proper lady should.
She was making sure that no Paparazzi got a pic of her knickers lol.

New reports have said that she and her boyfriend Simon Konecki may have taken the opportunity before the bundle of joy arrives to become man and wife!
And the singer was spotted with a ring on her ring finger??
A sources has said that you should not be too shocked if they have put a ring on it:
