Amanda Bynes has gone from Twitter addict to never being on the social networking site but now it looks like she’s back for good.
The troubled starlet has had a hard few months and really had her friend,family and fans worried about her but it does look like she getting better.
On Monday Bynes tweeted:

Cole too to her Twitter to tell Kim how she feel about her as she tweeted:

As you may know that Kim is having a baby as has been under criticism about the baby weight so Cheryl thought she might tweet Kimmy just to try and cheer her up.
