American Idol Might Not Last For Much Longer!
American Idol’s ratings are dropping and dropping and FOX is not very happy about it.
We already knew that they where thinking about giving the show a a make over — but now it sounds like Idol could be getting a full-fledged facelift!
The President of Fox Networks Group recently announced he was going to “throw all resources’” at improving the show’s ratings again.
This is what he said:
“This is still the number one non-sport show in the United States. I would say that any network executive in the country or probably in the world would love to be sitting up here, saying we have this franchise and we’re dealing with the fact that its ratings are off a bit.”
Still, FOX admits the show needs work. And, with a little bit of work:
“We are optimistic it’s going to continue on for 15, 16, 17 seasons.”
If the show doesn’t carry on then all that talent will just go to waist.
