The rep also said that they couple are still very happy together:
“A story published by a London tabloid, The Sun, concerning George Clooney and Stacy Keibler is not true. Total fabrication designed to sell newspapers”

‘No amount of money in the world would make me sleep with Simon.
‘Ive told him a million times that there are some things money can’t buy and that’s love.’
‘Look, I will not be in one of his books as the new judge he fancies in the future. Trust me.
We are sure that Simon wouldnt mid having sexy time with these two beautiful women but by the looks of things its not going to happen.
