Britney Spears has signed the deal to own a $8.5 Million 8,500 sq ft. home in Thousand Oaks, CA.
It’s been said that the singer just pulled out a check and writ $8.5 mill out. But with the amount of money she got for X Factor there is no wonder she can juts pull a check out like that.

It’s only been just over a month since Robert Pattinson packed his bags and moved out of Kristen Stewart‘s house but now she’s put the mansion on the market!
But now Kristen has no where to live so she staying with friends and sleeping in hotels!
Stewart laid down $4.8 million on a new beach house in Malibu.
The house had 5-bedrooms, 4.5-baths, thick landscaping, an oval-shaped guest house, hardwood floors, and soothing minty green accent walls.
