Nelly Furtado Says: I Always Knew I’d Be A Star

Nelly Furtado has said that she always knew she would be a star.
Nelly admitted that he had a tough upbringing and just had a feeling that she would be a singer and a star.
Furtado recently dished:
“I always saw it. I first performed when I was 4. I really had a vision of performing in front of hundreds of people when I was that young.
“I always knew it would happen. I saw myself sitting at the Grammies… I saw myself opening for U2 or whatever. It was a sure thing for me. I was lucky that way.”
Nelly said that her career is not the most important thing in her life as she has a 9 year-old daughter called Nevin with her ex Jasper Gahunia as said to the Mirror:
“True success is health and balance in one’s life and making time for hobbies and family.
“It’s the difference between seeing success as a destination and as a journey.
“The idea that dreams come true and everything will be perfect? It doesn’t work that way.”
Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado, Carly Rae Jepsen At The MuchMusic Video Awards Line-Up!
On Wednesday the MuchMusic Video Awards announced their line up for next month’s show!
Some of the Canadian that are going to perform are Justin Bieber, Nelly Furtado, Carly Rae Jepsen and pop/rock band Marianas Trench.
Justin is more than a little happy to be returning back to the even:
“I’m so excited to be coming back home for this year’s MMVAs. It’s an honour to be nominated and performing. I can’t wait!”
Carly Rae reveals she’s been dreaming of a return:
“The last couple months have been madness. I can’t wait to come home and play a show where this all began at this year’s MMVAs. Can’t wait to see everybody!”
The hosts of the show are going to be Katy Perry and LMFAO!
We are so looking forward to see them perform.
