Amy Winehouse’s Dad Is Not Happy With The André 3000′s Contribution To His & Beyoncé’s Cover Of Back To Black!
On Saturday we told you about André 3000 and Beyonce covered Amy Winehouse‘s Back To Black and it sounded really good but not everyone agrees.
Amy’s father Mitch Winehouse has said that he like’s the Beyonce parts but not Andre 3000′s!.
When Mitch heard the tune he tweeted on Twitter:
I just heard the Andre part of Back to Black. Terrible. He should have let Beyonce do it all. Mitch
I like Beyonces cover and have no probs. monies received will help lots of kids. She can do another cover if she wants. We need the money!
We have to say the cover would have been better if Bey would have sang all the song but she clearly wanted Andre on the tune too.

Beyonce has decided to take the song that made Amy Winehouse famous Back To Black.
The singer has taken on the iconic song with André 3000 and it’s a really good version of the tune.
Sadly we will never know what Amy thinks of the new version but someone’s opinion who we want to hear is Mark Ronson, as he co-writer and produced the song.
Mark has now spoke about Bey and Andre 3000 version and said:
“It’s a wonderful…take on our song. I’m flattered and honored, I know Amy would be too.”

One Directions Up All Night: The Live Tour DVD has became NO,1 in 25 Countries!
Taking the top spot in 25 countries this week, including Canada and the UK, the boys of One Direction couldn’t be happier.
Niall even says:
“We’re blown away by the success of the DVD all around the world and want to thank everyone who has gone out and bought it, the support means so much to us. It was lots of funfilming the concert for the DVD, so we’re chuffed all the fans love it so much.”
The boys are Currently on their North American tour but they need some rest so the boys will be having a little break on July 1 at their closing concert in Ft. Lauderdale.
But they wont be away fro long so dont worrie about that haha!

Mark Ronson Stopped Working With Gossip Due To Amy Winehouse’es Death!
Musical producer Mark Ronson ceased collaborations with Beth Ditto fronted band Gossip after hearing aboutAmy Winehouse’s death!
He was in the studio with the group just as the news broke about Amy Winehouse’s death!
Mark recently said:
“It was really strange. It was almost like a turning point. When I found out that Amy passed I was in disbelief. I walked out of the session and I never fully came back…I think the main thing, the chemistry of what we had going on with the Gossip album wasn’t really amazing and being reminded about how good it is when it’s good, maybe I thought I was forcing something.”
Mark was a very good friend and helped produce Amy’s career-defining Back To Black album, and what he touches tends to turn to musical gold…
We really hope that do make some music that would be great.
Amy Winehouses Dad Making A Tribute Concert
It has been rumored That Amy Winehouses dad is planning a big Tribute Concert.
The singers that we hope will be performing are:
Florence + the Machine, Lily Allen, Jessie J and Mark Ronson.
This would be an amazing way to honor Amy and her great work.
