Mariah Carey took to the the Good Morning America stage in Central Park to perform her new single #Beautiful for their series of summer concerts that they do every year on the show.
Mariah had a little trouble hitting the high notes and you could clearly tell that she was embarrassed but at least we know she wasn’t miming!

Mariah Carey might not be retuning to American Idol but fans of her have not got to be sad as there is some good news!
The singer is going to be going an a world tour!
A source said:
“Due to the smash success of ‘#Beautiful,’” fans are clamoring as Mariah makes plans for a world tour.”
Carey has not talked about the tour yet so we are not 100% sure it’s true but you never know.
Mariah Carey No Longer Want’s To Do American Idol! Now Is Threatening To Leave!
It look’s like Mariah Carey is about to give into the arguing between her and Nicki Minaj!
Sources have said that Mariah is leaving American Idol as she no longer want’s to be on the show.
This is what sources are saying:
“Mariah doesn’t want to come back, Nicki is really disrespecting her and she’s tired of trying to bite her tongue all the time… One night Nicki tried to be kind of nice, but Mariah didn’t bite, so I guess she figured screw that.”
But her decision to leave the show is not all down all down to Nicki:
“She’s done with it all. She doesn’t need the platform, and all the drama isn’t healthy for her… She’s also under fire with the producers for not being critical enough of the contestants.”
But could all this be down to a publicity stunt as Fox’s reps have not confirmed her departure.
Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon Spent New Year In Australia
Mariah Carey had a family even for New Years eve as she tweeted the photo above of her with her hubby Nick Cannon.
Th pair where in Australia for the new year as she was performing and at the end of the performance Mariah brought Nick and their twins, Roe and Roc, on stage with her.
The trip to Australia follows their recent visit to the snowy Aspen, CA where they spent Christmas.
All the family looked really happy to see 2012 out and 2013 in.

Mariah Carey might be on of the most famous singer in the world but it looks like she is loved by the princess of pop!
Rihanan has recently talked about how she looks up to Mariah calling her a ‘Inspiration’.
The Diamonds singer said:
“I remember looking up to people like Mariah Carey. I identified with her in so many ways. She was bi-racial, she was also young and I remember just hearing her story and really being connected to it. Now, I moved to America and I started listening to pop music and rock music and all these other bands [and] artists that I never knew about from the ’80s, the ’70s. I draw inspiration from everything, even if it’s weird, there’s always something you can find. The weirdest things are sometimes the coolest.”
