We now we know as her trainer of 3 years, Nicole Winhoffer has said the secrets of all the things that get Madge in shape.
Nicole said:
Right now we’re listening to a lot of old-school R&B, because the program that we’re doing has slower toning and a lower BPM [beats per minute]. So there’s some Missy Elliot, old Jay-Z, Frank Ocean, Chris Brown, Rihanna. Last week her workout had a higher BPM, so we were listening to a lot of remixes, like remixedChristina Aguilera and Britney songs. It just varies. Sometimes I play Rastafarian music and she’s like, “What is that?” [Laughs.] But it’s good to change it up, keep the imagination and brain working, and keep her body inspired.

Spice Girls Have Broken Up!! Axe 2014 World Tour Too!
Reports have said that the Spice Girls have decided to split for good!
Also according to The Mirror Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Mel C and Emma Bunton have also axed their world tour too.
Victoria Beckham refused to g on the tour due to her busy life as a fashion designer.
A source has said:
“Led by Geri, the girls had been plotting a world tour as a four-piece band, culminating in a final night at Wembley Stadium,”
“The three other girls had been initially up for it but once they started having meetings they realised the capital wasn’t there.
“They also feared a general apathy from the public if Posh wasn’t in the fray, leading to dates not selling out. Victoria’s obviously a big pull when it comes to the fans and she also guarantees press coverage.”
“On the last tour she cut a huge amount of costs by getting sponsors, organising the designers to sort the outfits and she even persuaded Jacko and Madonna’s choreographer Jamie King to get involved.”Although they all desperately wanted to do it, they couldn’t take the risk of it being a flop – the Spice Girls could only ever go out on a high.”
It was only last week that it was announced that their stage show Viva Forever! was to close.

Madonna’s 2012 MDNA tour made over $305 million and she managed to sell out 88 shows!!
The tour was seen by 2.2 MILLION fans that makes it the most viewed concert in years.

in a recent interview Elton gave the news to a Extra reporter saying that they where back talking.
If you dint know why they fell out it was back in September when they both got really nasty to one and other when they ran into each other a restaurant in Nice, France, and it’s been smooth sailing ever since!

Madonna Want’s To Meet Daughter Lourdes’ Boyfriend!
When Madonna found out that her daughter Lourdes was dating Timothee Chalamet, a boy who attends her school the singer insisted that she wanted to meet Timothee.
Timothee is siad to be very nervous to meet the worldwide star but it look’s like he’s not going to get away with it.

“As soon as Madonna heard Lourdes was seeing someone, she summoned him to her New York home for inspection. Timothee was pretty nervous but Madonna seemed impressed after meeting him. He did his best to charm her, but it was nerve-racking. Madonna told them there will be no smoking or alcohol. She knows just the sort of things teenagers like to get up to unsupervised.”
Madonna’s Homeless Brother Talks And Says She Doesn’t Care If He’s “Dead Or Alive!”
It was only last week when it was announced that Madonna had over 1 BILLION dollars in her bank but it seem’s that she is not going to give any to her homeless brother.
The singer has had a lot of family troubles over the years but one of the biggest was her brother Anthony Ciccone, whom, now lives as a homeless person on the streets of Michigan and has been for the last three years.
For the first time Anthony has spoke out about his sister and being homeless and blame his sister and family for turning their backs on him…even though it’s his alcoholism seems to have done the most damage to their relationship!
This is what he said:
“Madonna doesn’t give a sh*t if I’m dead or alive. She lives in her own world. I never loved her in the first place, she never loved me. We never loved each other. My father would be very happy if I died of hypothermia and then he would not have to worry about it anymore. He’s old school, he grew up in the depression. He doesn’t want to be bothered, he’s lived his life you see. He doesn’t like me. He doesn’t want me to be me, he wants me to be somebody else. He thinks the way I live is intentional. He simply doesn’t know me. [I got] no family back up, when the chips fell, no family back-up. I’d rather be working. What would you do under these circumstance when your family has stood against you completely? I’m a human being, you can call me what you want. [Alcoholic] is a label, I don’t like it. I don’t need brain surgery, I merely need love and care of family and friends.”
But that’s not it as a close friend of the familey called Kathy Meteyer has said that Anthony like to get drink qnd drink’s too much and seems to be in denial that has ruined his life what lead him to being fired from his job.
She carried on on saying:
“He did work here, they found things for him to do in the cellar, there’s all kind of work on a daily basis, in the summer there’s all kinds of pruning and picking to do. But he would sneak into the cellars and he would lay on the floor, open up one of the big tanks and drink the wine, with a glass. He just can’t come back until he stops drinking, because they think it will kill him, it already kind of has. They have helped him so many times. Tony has put him through rehab and given him lots of chances. I think Madonna paid for rehab a few times. The alcohol has taken over his brain. Joanand Tony Ciccone are the most down to earth people I’ve met, they don’t deserve this. At Thanksgiving Tony packed up all the leftovers and drove all over town to find Anthony and give them to him. His sister Paula has picked him up on occasions and brought him to the house for dinner but he refuses to even stay the night. Anthony just won’t accept help. As a parent you can only do so much before you have to let it go.”
