Justin Bieber is always getting away with thing’s when it come’s to the law but it look’s like this time he wont be so lucky!
If you remember back to a few months ago the teen singer got into a argument with his neighbour and just as he walked away he decided to spit in the neighbours face.
On Tuesday the e LA County Sheriff’s Dept. sent a file to the D.A. on Tuesday, reportedly urging them to charge the singer with battery!!
Sources have said that that the police really don’t think that he deserves jail, but he definitely deserves a good telling off and having some counseling.
He might not be so lucky next time so he need’s to buck his ideas up!
Toni Braxton Is Getting Sued For Theft!!
A new lawsuit has been hit on Toni Braxton of stealing $57,000….. inadvertising!
The company suing Braxton claims she and the producers of her WEtv reality show, Braxton Family Values, agreed to pay them $57,322.29 to put posters for the show all over the country.
National Promotions & Advertising says it’s been over a year and they STILL haven’t been paid. They’re suing the singer for the money owed to them plus “damages,” of course!
Tonis rep said:
“The singer is not involved in marketing budgets or payables for the series, and says such decisions are handled by WEtv.”
We really hope they can sort this out!
Kat Von D Sued Over Killing Cat In A Fire

Kat Von D set her own house a light in 2010 and she killed her cat in the process and now, she’s being sued for nearly a MILLION bucks in damages.
The state farm Insurance has filed the lawsuit against Kat today in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming the 2010 fire that ripped through the reality star’s Hollywood Hills home was her own fault … and she should foot the bill.
The fire cost a wopping $909,199 in damages.
That so not good why would you do that Kat?

Lorraine Kelly To Take Over Daybreak
Lorraine Kelly To Take over Daybreak Job.
Lorraine Kelly has been said to be thrilled to take over the part of new host of Daybreak.
But the only thing that she dont like is the time she has to start!
On her own show she goes live on air at 8am till 9am but with Daybreak she will be on 6am till 8:30am.
We still dont know what male will host the show along side Lorraine but we will keep you posted on it.
But The Mirror claims that former Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones and BBC Sports reporter Chris Hollins are also being considered for the role.
Sadly Lorraine is not on her own show at the moment as she is recovering from emergency surgery following a horse riding accident last week.
We hope that Lorraine feels better soon and we cant Waite to see her on Daybreak and to see who the male host will be!

There has been rumors about the Hookah Lounge manager, who accused Lindsay Lohan had filed false reports before and was just up to his old antics when the supposed accident occurred!
Now its all looking like Thaer Kamal has a pretty clean criminal record.
A source has said:
“Let’s be very clear about this, Thaer Kamal has never been investigated for insurance fraud, fraud, staging car accidents or anything even remotely related to any illegal criminal behavior. Thaer doesn’t have a criminal record, has never been arrested and this is the first time he has ever filed a claim with his insurance company. Thaer is disgusted that these false reports have been made.”
