Lil Wayne Sues Over Use Of His Songs In Documentary!
Lil Wayne has filed another lawsuits over Quincy Jones’ son for using his music in a Quincy Jones III’s documentary about Lil Wayne!!
The film was called The Carter, and it had loads of smash hits from Tha Carter III, what now Lil has claimed that they never asked to use his music in the film.

EMI Music have hit Cash Money Records with threat of legal action after YMCB skipped some licensing payments.
Lil’ Wayne’s Tha Carter III is the only record in question and EMI previously sued Cash Money for copyright infringement of the album.
EMI and Cash Money have settled and have also agrees to pay EMI in two installments, and paid the first.
We are glad that they have settled this!
