Russell Brand Get’s Sued After He Get’s Involved In A Car Accident
Russell Brand is going to have to hand over big money as he has been in the middle of a money war with a man who the comedian hit with his car.
The man in question is Victor Sneed and has filed a legal documents asking for $185,000 in damages after being injured.
Sneed has said that Brand has already paid $45,000 in medical expenses and will need $140,000 for future surgeries as he suffered damage to his left hand, left arm, left hip, neck and left wrist.
But it looks like he is not just going to hand the money over as the comedian denied he is to blame for the car accident and feels like Victor’s injuries were his own fault.
Lindsay Lohans Team Are In Trouble Too!!
Judges Marsha Revel and Elden Fox have apparently been disciplined by the California Commission on Judicial Performancefor their methods while overseeing the actress’ 2010 DUI case!
According to newly filed legal documents, the oversight panel was none too pleased with Miss Revel for meeting alone with Robert Shapiro, who was briefly acting as Lindsay Lohan’s defense attorney, as well as Fox’s decision to deny her bail on a minor charge!
Luckily for them, the punishment is essentially a slap on the wrist, as all they received were “advisory letters” for their actions!

Kris Humphries Says To Kim Kardashian How Much Money Did We Make, Honey?
Kris Humphries has filed legal documents to force Kim Kardashian to tell him the information on how much money they made during their relationship that only lasted 72-days.
Kris lawyer are saying that he should be allowed to see all their accumulated and she has no right to be giving away their wedding gifts without his consent.
They said:
“A spouse may not make a gift of community personal property, or dispose of community personal property for less than fair and reasonable value, without the written consent of the other spouse.”
We really hope that they can get all this sorted out.
Katy Perry and Russell Brands Divorce Is Officially Settled!!!!
Katy Perry and Russel Brand have reached a settlement in their divorce,
the actor will NOT be accepting any spousal support from the singer, even though there was no pre-nup in place!
According to the legal documents:
“The parties have entered into a comprehensive written settlement of all issues, including, without limitation, with respect to the property to be confirmed or assigned to each party. Respondent’s [Katy's] former name be restored toKatheryn Elizabeth Hudson.”
And also Katy seen very happy with the outcome of this otherwise pretty unfortunate event, as when she signed her signature she had a big smile on her face!!
This must be a big relief for the both of them.
