Rob Kardashian Pleads NOT Guilty To Battery & Theft!
Rob Kardashian was charged with battery and theft after he stle a camera off a paparazzi who was trying to get a photo of him topless working out at the gym.
Rob physically attacked her and stole a memory card from her camera so that is why he is also being charged with theft.
Robert showed up at court yesterday and alleged he is NOT guilty of the battery/theft charges being brought against him!
The judge has allowed him to remain free of his own recognizance even though the prosecution wished otherwise.
The reality star will begin to be determined at a pre trial scheduled for May 29.

Justin Bieber & Usher Get Sued For $10 Million Dollars For Song Stealing Accusation!
Justin Bieber and Usher are being sued over allegedly stealing the songSomebody to Love from fellow musician De Rico.
De Rico and his music partner Mareio Overton, say that the two singers were granted the copyright to the song for De Rico’s 2008 album My Story II.
It’s not looking good for Bieber and Usher as the lawsuit has stated that they took the song around major labels and artists, like Usher.
This is what reports have said:
“Without any authority or consent. [Manager Jonetta Patton] and Usher conspired with songwriters and producers…to directly copy Plaintiffs’ song Somebody to Love, intending to appropriate Plaintiffs’ intellectual property as their own.”
The story has said that Usher recorded the song as a demo for his Raymond v. Raymond album before teen singer Justin got his little hands on it what then ended up as a remix of the song in 2010.
De Rico and Mareio are now wanting $10 million dollars in damages for alleged copyright infringement so it look’s like the singers will soon have to pay out a lot of money.
Selena Gomez Get’s Sued Over Fake Fragrance Deal!
Selena Gomez may be happy and on a high being back with Justin Bieber but now something has made her crash back down. According to sources the singer is now being sued by Adrenalina, Inc for a fake fragrance deal! The star has been hit with a lawsuit and the company have said that they have lost $2 million because of the fake deal. New legal documents have said that the deal was to ensure that Selena’s name was to appeared on various fragrance products Adrenalina was developing, and they already spent big bucks just working on the marketing campaign when girlfriend pulled out unexpectedly, under what they allege to be nonsensical reasons! Gomez failed to show up to the promotional events so she failed to have a spokesperson speek for her. But Selena’s attorney Michael Weinsten has said:
“Any claim that Selena did not meet her promotional obligations is ridiculous, manufactured after Adrenalina was terminated. Selena will vigorously defend this lawsuit, and will soon bring her own lawsuit against Adrenalina for millions in damages.”
Katy Perry And Her Team Are Going After GHD With $6.5M Counterclaim!
We told you last week about Katy Perry who was being sued by british hair company GHD after she was the poster girl for the company but failed to make it popular in the UK as they said ‘Katy is not popular’.
Now we have learnt that Katy and her team are going after the company with a massive $6.5 million counterclaim!!
Katy and her team also have said that GHT owe her millions of pounds since they continue to use her image on their website AND still label her as their “brand ambassador.”
This is what perry’s legal team said:
“Those who wish to do business with a company that does not honor its contractual commitments, yet reaps the benefits of the agreements giving rise to those commitments, would find a perfect business partner in GHD.”
they have also said that they still ow Katy $6.5 million dollars in an agreed amount they say was decided upon in an oral agreement.
Shakira Says Being A Mum Is The Hardiest Thing!
She only gave birth three months ago to her son Milan, but now Shakira has said that becoming a mum was the hardiest thing!
This is what the singer had to say:
“I didn’t expect babies to need so many diapers! Nobody told me they needed to be changed so often! I mean he’s a great, great baby. He’s an easy one, I think. But nobody told me it would be this hard. It takes a lot of energy from you. But I love it, I’m really enjoying every bit of it. It’s just that it’s not as idyllic as everybody tells you, but also not as horrible as everyone tells you.”
Shakira is already really busy as she is a judge on The voice and also getting a $100 million lawsuit from her ex Antonio de la Rua, but her new boyfriend Gerard Pique is going to help her out.
“Thank God the father is very involved. He has been amazing. The baby spends as much time with me as he does with his dad. He’s the kind of dad who’s full hands on. He changes diapers, he bathes him, he enjoys playing with the baby, he enjoys feeding him, all of that stuff. So that’s great help for me, you know. I can’t imagine doing all of this and not having the father do his part of the job. So that’s a huge help to me.”
Katy Perry Being Sued by GHD Hair Straighteners For Not Being Popular?!
f you remember back back to a couple of years ago singer Katy Perry started advertising GHD hair straighteners and she seemed really happy but now it could get nasty!
The company are suing Katy for not making the straightener’s popular enough in Europe!!!
The owner of GHD Jemella Group, has fought back saying no such agreement was made and the reason why they dropped her from the campaign was because she’s just not as famous as she used to be in the UK and the rest of Europe.
Jemellas rep released the following statement saying:
“Jemella’s attempt to embarrass Ms. Perry by including defamatory statements about her in a public filing is shameful. They’re backing out of the deal because of an ownership change, and just throwing shade to hide their bad faith.”
Katy’s agent has said that GHD owe her $2 million from an oral agreement, that’s when Katy went from having a good hair day to a bad one.
