Kim Kardashian & Kris Humphries Will be Divorced In May!
When she thought that she would never be divorced from Kris Humphries some good news has come for Kim Kardashian!
It’s been reported that the reality star has to be in court on May the 6th but that’s three months away!!
Kim has said before that she just want to divorce Kris so she can move on with Kanye West and live happily with their new baby.
Kris Humphries Says: Divorce Delay NOT His Fault
This divorce has lasted longer that they where married for!
As some of you might know Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries marriage only lasted for 72 days but now sources are claiming that the length of all this is NOT Kris’es fault!
A source said:
“Here are the facts…Kris had no intention of going after the men in Kim’s life, meaning current boyfriend, Kanye West, but was forced to because her lawyer, Laura Wasser, formally subpoenaed his gal pal, Myla Sinanaj. Kris’ legal team had no other choice but to go after her personal life as well, which means more witnesses to depose, and again, more delays. Scheduling depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jennerhave also been problematic, as both claim very chaotic schedules. Kris has a right to prepare for trial, and the longer the Kardashian clan drag their feet in scheduling depositions, the longer this thing is going to go on. It’s worth noting that Kris’ deposition was completed almost two months ago.”
“Kris just wants the truth to come out and is dedicated to seeing this thing through. He is in no rush and Kim’s camp’s threats of releasing hidden footage that makes him look bad and other absurd claims don’t deter him. Kim’s deposition should take place in the next several weeks if they can all agree on a time and day. Just getting the lawyers on both sides to agree is becoming increasingly hard. Kris is getting ready for the NBA season and will defer to his lawyers. Kris absolutely expects that Kanye West will also be deposed because he has been in Kim’s life for a very long time and Kris’ team looks forward to questioning him.”
It feel like this has been going on for ages but really it has its nearly been a year!

Celeb divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, who has repped Britney Spears,Angelina Jolie and Maria Shriver, says:
“Facebook is a separate property asset of Mr. Zuckerberg. It’s like a painter who paints a painting prior to marriage and sells it shortly after marriage. Any proceeds from the sale of the painting are the artist’s separate property.”
But they have split 50% of all the profits he earns from Facebook from now on legally belong to her.
Kris Humphries Thinks That Kim Kardashian Set Me Up To Be The Bad Guy

Kris Humphries is saying that he has proof that the producers of Kourtney & Kim Take New York intentionally set him up to be the bad guy on the show.
He braught up that time when the show he quizzed Kim’sbest friend Jonathan Cheban about his sexuality.
It all leads back to when Cheban accusing Kris of homophobia and he even said he’d possibly sue him.
Sources have said:
“Kris’ lawyers plan on asking Kim when she is being deposed about producers of the reality show telling Kris in an email to ask Jonathan about his sexuality. Kris has written proof that he was instructed to ask Jonathan the very personal question, and they will be presented with this evidence during her deposition.
It’s Kris’ contention that this only further provides proof that this relationship was far from real — he was set up by producers to ask the question — then made to look bad — and the entire scenario was staged, it was methodically planned out, just like the rest of their time together it seems.”
He also said that the show fabricated him being the bad man in the show and now says that the wedding was a sham.
“Here are the facts, Kris would have never asked Jonathan if he was gay or not, without being told to do so. He especially wouldn’t have asked that question with the cameras rolling because he would never want to embarrass anyone or cause any awkwardness.”

Kris Humphries has siad that he wants his 20 carat diamond engagement ring back from Kim Kardashian!
He said that because their marriage only lasted 72 days and he was “defrauded into marrying her” that she should return the ring.
Sources are now saying that:
“Kris wants the ring back because the marriage only lasted 72 days and he believes it was based on fraud and deceit. Remember, Kim filed for divorce. Kris paid for that ring, and he just can’t fathom why Kim would want to keep it.
It’s not like she is ever going to wear it again. Kris realizes that with Kim it’s all about material objects and she truly treasures things over people in her life.”
But is not only the ring what about that $325,000 ferrari.
“Kris wants a divorce trial so that the truth can finally come out. Amongst other matters, he wants to know about the Ferrari that the couple got from a very wealthy Malaysian businessman that attended the wedding. Kris was at Kim’s house when the car was delivered — it was given to both of them, but Kim has kept sole ownership and has used it extensively. She will be asked about it, under oath, on the stand at the trial.”
