LeAnn Rimes Askes Her Twitter Followers To Send Nasty Messages To Brandi Glanville
It looks like it’s all about to change in the LeAnn Rimes Twitter war with Brandi Glanville!
If you remember back when LeAnn had the twitter row with one of her followers. The case was taken to court but now it looks like it’s all going down hill for Rimes.
New witness have came out and claimed that LeAnn asked her followers on the social networking site to send abuse to Brandi for what she said to LeAnn.
One of the people that she asked to sent the nasty messages said:
“LeAnn would text her fans word-for-word texts of what to tweet to Brandi or (her detractors). They were wild accusations.”
Not new sources have said that the messages that she sent to her followers could “ play a big role in this suit” changing all whats going on.
So it looks ;like she could lose the battle just for sending them few texts.

It’s looking like LeAnn Rimes has got a little more to worried about than just getting better and leaving rehab now!
As we have been telling you over the last few weeks that LeAnn has put herself in rehab and seeking treatment for stress and anxiety, but is also fighting a case on Twitter as she received some hate on the social networking site.
Now if the case that happend over the phone goes to court LeAnn’s previous medical records could be put on display!
Sources have reported:
“If LeAnn is suing Kimberly then she becomes an open book and her medical history can be relevant and admissible in court. So if she claims that Kimberly is causing her emotional distress, her lawyers can say, ‘No, we want to look at your medical records because you could have been suffering anxiety for a lot of things before, which caused you to enter a rehab or a mental health institution.’ Your entire medical file becomes an open book when you choose to sue.”
This is just not looking good at all for LeAnn!
We can see her losing lots of fans over this!!
LeAnn Rimes To Take Her Twitter Harassers To Court!
LeAnn Rimes is said to be taking her Twitter Harassers to court and this is the first time any celebs has taken a twitter follower to court!”
Rimes has accused one of her twitter followers Kimberly Smiley of cyber bulling and is suing her for secretly recording a heated phone conversation they had in March and posting it on the internet.
Kelly Mahan Jaramillo, who is a professional film scorer and supports Leann said:
“We are ready and willing to go to court to prove there is not one single edit in either the ‘snippet’ OR the full 20-minute tape … I gave Mr. Stein [Rimes' lawyer] our information so that he could contact us when he was preparing his lawsuit to prove that LeAnn Rimes has been the victim of bullying and illegal activity.”
Leann now has made claims that Kimberly has edited the tape of their conversation and changed a few words around before giving it in but we do not know itf she did or thins is just LeAnns mind doing over time.
Brandi Glanville Asks People To ‘Stop Hating’ Her And LeAnn Rimes
LeAnn Rimes is having a hard time getting all the legal side of her feude with her partner Brandi Glanville she this is the last thing she wants.
The TV start took to twitter to express her feeling about all the hate shes getting on twitter. She just wants all the haters to stop all the abuse that they are both getting at the moment:

We think that all of this has happens because Brandi is referring to is the invasion of privacy lawsuit that LeAnn filed against a former Twitter follower!
Shes accusing a woman from Northern California Kimberly Smiley of secretly recording a phone conversation they had in March and posting it online to cyber bully her.
A $25,000 suit was filed on Thursday but the mother and teacher is backing down as she told sources:
“I plan to take my own action against her. This could impact my family and business. Somebody needs to stand up or LeAnn will continue doing this for the rest of her life. I have a right to my opinion. I have never bullied her. She blocked me on Twitter and then I took my account private, so how can I bully her if I’m blocked AND have a private account? It makes no sense. People who don’t like her have a right to their opinion. She’s a public figure. But I have never bullied her.”
“She called ME. She was trying to berate me into liking her. When she didn’t get her way she got frustrated. She called me ‘incredibly f*cking rude.’ She was really mad. I guess she is used to people bowing down to her but I’m not that kind of person. She’s not used to people standing their ground.”
Why would she argue with a fan someone who likes her work its just not right,

Kimberly Smiley has told sources that she got a phone call from an angry LeAnn Rimes all because she unfollowed LeAnn on Twitter.
The mum and teacher got the call when she was eating her lunch in her home in Northern California she was with a few of her twitter fans when she recieved the call and the country star said to her on the phone:
“Hey bitch, this is LeAnn you have 5 minutes to say whatever you want to me!”
The teacher continued Saying:
“LeAnn called me because she believed that telling me her side, would change my mind … she said she thought that I could relate to her situation of being a non-biological parent.”
There is no wonder why she has checked herself into rehab she needs help calling someone like that just cos they stopped following you on twitter!
