The British singer beat out Kelly Clarkson , Carly Rae Jepsen, Katy Perry, Rihanna for the award.

Katy Perry has reviled in her new film Katy Perry: Part of Me she cries on screen over her issues with Russell Brand.
The pop star knows that her career has a LOT to do with the downfall of their relationship. Now more than ever, she sees that being an international pop star aaaand maintaining a healthy relationship is nearly impossible.
Still, she hasn’t given up on love! KP explains:
“Every day is kind of a bit of a surprise. Sometimes it’s a great opportunity, sometimes it’s a situation I have to deal with. So I don’t know. I still believe in love, most definitely. I’m just going to let that take the lead.”
