Lindsay Lohan is planning on sueing the man who said that she was drunk when the Hit-And-Run took place.
Jose Rodriguez not only said that the troubled star was drunk he also said she was slurring her words and she “smelled like alcohol real bad” at the time she struck him.
Police have now confirmed that there was NO drink in Lindsay’s body at the time of when the it happened.
Lindsay said about about suein the man:
“I’m tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck.”
Lohan is already in trouble for what happened with her probation officer so it just get worse for poor old Lindsay.

As you know Lindsay Lohan was arrested on Wednesday morning after she crashed into a man well now it has came out that she was wasted Or so witness have said
Jose Rodriguez has made a claime that Lindsay was drinking alcohol at the time of the incident.
But Jose said that Lindsay was slurring her words the victim said:
“I saw this car come real quick and hit me. I was in so much pain. I fell to the side.”
Rodrieguez said that he was taken to the Bellevue hospitals where doctors gave him morphine and treated his torn tendons.
We have just got to see whats going on with this.
