Miley Cyrus‘ scissor stalker Jason Luis Rivera may be behind bars as we speak but now it looks like it’s going to get a whole lot worse for the intruder!
The ex Disney star has said that she want him to be locked up for a year and a half now for breaking in to her property and using a pair of scissors as a weapon.
Thta not it she has also said that Jason has to stay more than 1000 ft away from her.
That will stop people in the future from running to Miley with a pair of scissors.
Man Who Staled Miley Cyrus With Scissor Is Convicted Of Trespassing!
The man who broke into Miley Cyrus‘s property was convicted of trespassing yesterday!
The man in question is Jason Luis Rivera as he pled “not guilty” to the charges, but the judges knew that he was lying! He has been convicted of resisting arrest, he faces up to 18 months in prison at today’s sentencing!!
We are so surprised that Miley’s fiancé Liam Hemsworth did not go and sort the man out so he should feel lucky to just get prison.

The man was charged yesterday morning for two counts of trespassing and one count of resisting arrest after attempting to enter the El Lay property!
New reports have sais that the man jumped the sky-high haired starlet’s fence all because he just wanted to meet the singer star.

Man Breaks In To Miley Cyrus’es House With A Pair Of Scissor!!
Last night a man called Jason Luis Rivera (allegedly) broke in to Miley Cyrus’es House by jumping over the fence as he wanted to “meet her” then cops ushed to the house after a 911 call was made from inside the home.
New reports have said that Jason was arrested Saturday morning after the police caught him trespassing on her property with a pair of scissors in his hand!
