Aerosmith was forced to cancel their concert in Jakarta, Indonesia on Saturday after two violent activists where arrested for supposedly plotting to blow up the country’s Myanmar Embassy!
It still has not been we weather the band or the concert where in danger but the promotors decided to cancel the show.
The fans who where attending the concert have been promised to reschedule the show for later on in their Asia-Pacific tour.
Lady Gaga Fears for Her Life As Shes Forced To Axes Concert in Indonesia
Lady Gaga is really scared that Islamic hardliners might attack her concert in Indonesia, so she cancelled it … this according to her reps.
Her managment team have said today that there were major security concerns regarding the June 3 gig in Jakarta — all because a few Islamic extremists were pissed about Gaga’s risque costumes and dance moves, which they felt corrupted Muslim youths.
The Indonesian Council of Ulema chairman, Cholil Ridwan, fervently urged fellow Muslims not to attend the show, saying, “It’s intended to destroy the nation’s morality.”

Lady Gaga said on Twitter:
”I’m so very sorry to the fans and just as devastated as you if not more. You are everything to me. I will try to put together something special for you. My love for Indonesia has only grown.”

Lady Gaga Threatened By Indonesian Muslims To Cancel Her Tour!
Lady Gaga is has been forced to cancel her sold-out show in Indonesia after Islamic hard-liners and conservative lawmakers, who stated that her sexy clothes and dance moves will corrupt the youth.
A Police spokesperson Boy Rafli Amar talked about that Tuesday that the permit for her June 3 “Born This Way Ball” concert had been denied.
The country has more Muslims than any other people it has a long history of history of religious tolerance, a small extremist fringe has become more vocal in recent years.
Hard liners has said that Lady Gaga suggestive nature of her show threatened to undermine the country’s moral fiber. Some threatened to use physical force to prevent her from stepping off the plane.
The show was going to be the biggest show on the list for Gaga Asian tour and its seats 52,000 so people are not going to be happy.
Permits usually are issued about three weeks before a concert in Jakarta, so it is common to sell tickets well ahead of receiving the permit. It was not immediately clear if the ticket sales would be refunded. The local promoter, Michael Rusli, could not be reached for comment.
