Lindsay Lohan Gets Away With The Hit & Run Case!!
Is this case ever going to end??
You may rember that we told you that Lindsay Lohans hit-and-run case had finally been sent to the D.A.?
Now , Hookah Lounge manager Thaer Kamal has apparently changed his story so much, prosecutors rejected the case!
According to them, Kamal is a “non-credible witness” who refused to cooperate with law enforcement – including his reluctance to produce medical records.
This must be such a relefe for Lindsay so happy for her.
But please stay out of trouble from now on.

Lindsay Lohan’s Latest Hit-And-Run Has Been Handed Over To The D.A.!

Lindsay Lohan is being investigated by the cops over claims from the manager of a Hollywood Hookah Lounge that she hit him with her car and then left without leaving any information back in March, and although authorities have completed the investigation and claim there is not enough evidence to prove an actual crime was committed, they now have to pass the file over the D.A. for review!
Sadly we just don’t know the truth when it comes to Lindsay as she loves to lie.
Really hope nothing tho.

There has been rumors about the Hookah Lounge manager, who accused Lindsay Lohan had filed false reports before and was just up to his old antics when the supposed accident occurred!
Now its all looking like Thaer Kamal has a pretty clean criminal record.
A source has said:
“Let’s be very clear about this, Thaer Kamal has never been investigated for insurance fraud, fraud, staging car accidents or anything even remotely related to any illegal criminal behavior. Thaer doesn’t have a criminal record, has never been arrested and this is the first time he has ever filed a claim with his insurance company. Thaer is disgusted that these false reports have been made.”

Lindsay Lohan Lied About ‘Hit & Run’ Details!

As you know Lindsay Lohan was involved in a hit and run incerdent.
The manager of Hookah Lounge claimed that Lindsay hit him with her car when she was trying to leave.
But Lindsay said that , she wanted to leave because there was just soo much paparazzi causing a raucous!
She Tweeted on Twitter:
Scrape? This is all a complete lie. I’ve been at community service. Last night, I attempted to wish a friend happy birthday, which I didn’t even get to do because I was freaked out by all of the paparazzi. These false accusations are absurd.
But now there has been some more news come out of the surveillance tapes.
There were NO photographers to be seen! Lindsay is seen getting out of the car to get in the driver’s seat. This is when the footage shows her and the manager engaged in conversation. But then she hops on in and exits — no evidence of a hit at all — without the bother of paps and their cameras.

Lindsay Lohan wants to get her name cleared about what happen in the Hit-And-Run.
Her team have said
that her alleged hit-and-run and the seat swtichingincident afterwards are all nonsense and wants folks to hear her side of the story.
A statement from Lindsay’s rep explaining the situation goes as followed:
Lindsay stopped by the club to drop in on a friend’s birthday party. When she arrived, there were so many photographers there that she decided to leave and never even got out of the car. At no point was there ever any indication that her car hit anyone or anything. We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the next few days
The police are now saying that Lohan is now in the clear!
Good for her!!
