Hilary Duff is always moaning about the paparazzi on Twitter so this is nothing new!
Yesterday Duff was having a rant on the social networking site as she really is not happy with them pesky papz.
This is what she said:
Paparazzi suck!so they can follow me all day,everyday,make money off me by stalking but can’t pop a coin in my meter so I don’t get a ticket
But that’s the downside to fame sadly she will just have to put up with it!

After she celebrated Halloween over the weekend the actress went off and got the new ink of a bird on her arm.
Duff tweeted the photo above with the caption of:

Then her tattoo artist tweeted the bottom photo of her new tat zoomed in.

And that celeb was Hilary Duff.On Friday night she was spotted with her man as she was dressed as Día de los Muertos.
The pair where going to a party Beverly Hills, where they bumped into Paris Hilton or Emma Roberts!
Lindsay Lohan & Hilary Duff War Is FINALLY Over!
It’s been nine long years but it’s finally looking like Lindsay Lohan and Hilary Duff‘s bitter feud has came to an end!
Sources have told perezhilton.com that they both became friends back in 2003 this was when Lindsay accused Duffy of stealing her “man” Aaron Carter.
But that’s not it they have became VERY good friends by the sounds of things:
“Hilary was pleasantly surprised at how mature Lindsay was when they met up. Now they text all the time!”
Lindsay has alot of respect for Duff for her successful marriage toMike Comrie, and her decision to become a mother:
“[Lindsay] feels like Hilary could be a good influence—she has ahealthy marriage, just had a baby and doesn’t care about clubbing. Hilary has already put the word out to her husband, Mike, to think about potential setups for Lindsay.”
It’s good to know that they are talking after 9 years!!
Haylie Duff Adopts Homeless Puppy!
This little cute is the new addition to the Duff family.
Duff adopted a puppy that’s a 9-week-old Chihuahua-pug mix, named Kennedy, who was abandoned in East L.A.
Here’s what she said on Twitter:
“Thanks to the Poopie Foundation, Birdie & I have a perfect lil rescue pup joining our family! Kennedy!
She claimed my heart the second I met her.”
OMG Kennedy is so sweet we want him!
