Sharon Osbourne Spends Time With Niece Pearl As She Gets Over Her Double Mastectomy
Over the last few month it’s not been the easiest time of her life but it looks like it getting better as she is enjoying time with her Niece Pearl after having a Double Mastectomy.
Sharon Osbourne was photographed by her son’s wife Lisa Osbourne playing with the little one.
Lisa tweeted the photo above with the caption of:
’Pearl and NaNa’.
This photo will be rear now as Sharon has said that she want no more photo taken of herself as she talked on The Talk earlier this week:
‘No more, because I have been looking at pictures of myself recently since I started to lose weight.
‘And in a lot of shots, my face looks plastic and at certain angles I was like, ‘Oh, dear. Oh, I should never have done that. Oh, that’s a bad one.’ So I’m like, ‘No more. No more abuse.”
‘One of them had burst, and all of it had gone into the wall of my stomach. And one breast was different than the other.‘I wasn’t diagnosed with cancer, but I had the gene and one of my breasts was in a really bad state because of the implant.’
Sharon Osbourne Reveals She Had A Double Mastectomy As Faulty Gene Was Found!
Sharon Osbourne has already frighted off cancer so when she found out that she has a faulty gene she was taking no chances.
The former X Factor judges has had a double mastectomy to remove both her breasts.
Sharon said that the risk of having the cancer again was not worth taking the risk as she said:
‘As soon as I found out I had the breast cancer gene, I thought: “The odds are not in my favour.”
‘I’ve had cancer before and I didn’t want to live under that cloud: I decided to just take everything off, and had a double mastectomy.’
Osbourne said genetic tests showed she had inherited a gene fault which increased the risk of breast cancer.
Sharon carried on in saying:
‘For me, it wasn’t a big decision, it was a no-brainer. I didn’t want to live the rest of my life with that shadow hanging over me.
‘I want to be around for a long time and be a grandmother to Pearl. I didn’t even think of my breasts in a nostalgic way, I just wanted to be able to live my life without that fear all the time.’
The operation helped her slim from a 16 stone size 22 to an 8 stone size 10 but she had further surgery to improve her look.
Ozzy Osbourne Wants Son Jack To Get A Second Opinion On MS
Ozzy Osbourne has said that he would like a Second Opinion On his son Jacks MS diagnosis!
Here’s what the legendary rocker had to say:
“I want Jack to go for a second opinion as I was misdiagnosed with MS a few years ago – it took them six months to work out that I have a rare hereditary tremor, called Parkin Syndrome.”
Jack also says he has an uncle that has MS, which is probably why his mom Sharon is feeling like it’s her fault:
“Mum took it really quite hard; my uncle on her side has MS and, the way my mum is, she thinks that somehow it’s her fault. Both my parents were handling it way worse than I was; they were pretty shaken up about the whole thing.”
We know that this is the last thing a parent wants to hear but a second opinion could be good!
Kelly Osbourne: ‘I’ll be the best mum ever’
You may know that we reported yesterday that Kelly Osbourne`s brother Jack Osbourne showed off the photos of his new baby in HELLO magazine ove rht eweekend but now Kelly has spoken out about when she will become a mum.
The Fashion Police host has got ‘baby fever’ after meeting Jack Osbourne and Lisa Stelly’s two-week-old daughter Pearl – who was born last month weighing in at 8lbs 6oz.
In an interview with Anderson Cooper she said:
‘I have to tell you, I never believed in love at first sight. And then when I saw how perfect and beautiful this baby was, I lost it.’
‘I’d be the best mom ever. I would. I’ve got great training from my mom.’
We really think that Kelly would be such a good mum well she seems that way anyway!

Two weeks ago Jack Osbourne and his fiancé Lisa Stelly welcomed their fist baby in the world!
The pairents have now showen off the beaituful baby girl in a cover of Hello Magazing.
The couple can be seen with their arms around Sharon Osbourne as she cradles her new granddaughter, Pearl.
Pearl was born on the 24th of April weighing a healthy 8lbs 6oz.
Jack has been effusive about the immediate love he felt for his daughter.
The 25-year-old told Hello! Magazine: ‘
People say when you have a kid it’s like instant love, but unless you’ve experienced it, it’s impossible to comprehend.’
‘The moment I saw her I felt more love than I’d ever felt for anything. It was the weirdest, most overwhelming thing.’
Lovely to see her at last shes a little cutie haha.
