Kourtney And Kim Are BANNED From Filming In South Beach By Neighbors
Filming for the new series of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami has started but it looks like some people are not excited about the new season!
It is one of Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian‘s dreams to have a beach home on the Sunset Islands, but it looks like they will not be able to live their dreams as Neighbors have said no to have them having a beach home.
They needed signatures from 90% of the people that live on the beach votes for them to be able to film on the beach to grant them a three month span required of filming but things have not gone to plan.
A source has said:
“The area is known for its hourly hotels, strip clubs and high crime rate. It’s a far-cry from their usual posh digs, with just a 7-Eleven and an abandoned old bank close by.”
So it looks like the girls will have to find some other place to film.
Katy Perry And John Mayer Dating!?!
Over the last few days we have seen Katy Perry and John Mayer together so much!
The two have been livin’ it up these past few weeks: dates at Chateau Marmont, a fancy Four Seasons rendezvous, pizza & tv nights, etc!!
And most recently, we’ve learned she’s actually been frequenting his gated community hideaway a lot lately.
A source close to the new couple explains:
“She has been having sleepovers there. It is very private and they’ve been sneaking in and out. It has been going on for a while.”
We just want to know if they are official on the the dating scene.
Britney Spears’ Former Home Getting $2 Million In Renovations From New Owners!
Britney Spears may have sold her 2008 home that she had her meltdown in as it was sold for $4.235 million, close to a million more than what she was asking, but that’s a far cry from the fully-furnished version she bought in 2007 for $6.75 million!
But now the new owners of the estate, located in the exclusive gated community The Summit, will end up spending almost as much as the pop star originally did – because they’re ready to shell out up to $2 million on renovations alone!
Josh Altman, a real-estate agent featured on Million Dollar Listing, reveals:
“It was an amazing deal for my client. The man who purchased the home was an Australian real estate agent. The buyers love their new home, but can’t wait to paint over and an enormous mural of the South of France covering the entire living room wall. The house needs a lot of work, and my clients plan on putting in at lease $2 million in renovations. Britney took a major loss but you just have to remember in real estate, you win some youlose some, and in this case Britney lost. But let’s face it, it, it is Britney Spears, she’ll be just fine.”

Britney Spears has sold her Beverly Hills estate in which she lived during her now famous 2008 meltdown that landed her in the hospital – and she managed to sell it for close to a million more than what she was asking!
Sources are now saying that the pop star listed the home, located in the exclusive gated community The Summit, at a pretty modest $2,995,000, hoping to attract multiple bids, and it worked, and has been sold for $4,253,000!
Also Britney and her fiance Jason Trawick are apparentlyrenting untill they find a nice place to live and maybe settle down with more kids??
