Kelly Osbourne’s Boyfriend Helped Her Loose All That Weight
Kelly Osbourne over the years have lost so much weight but she can’t take all the credit for her new figure!
Kelly has said that her man Matthew Mosshart helped to shred the pounds.
This is what she had to say:
“Over the past two years, I’ve lost over four-and-a-half stone [63 pounds] – but I’ve only lost the last stone since I met Matthew. That’s because he cooks for me! He’s a vegan chef, so he makes sure that I eat healthily.”
“I’m happy with how I look now. As long as I’m healthy, do exercise and eat right, that’s the main thing. I’m slim now, but I don’t want to be anorexic. I love Matthew and we love to work out together – we motivate one another. I go on the treadmill every day for half an hour and do two hours of exercise if I have a special event.”
Kelly only eats good food and works out for 30 mins every day to keep the pounds off.

He’s most known for being Kim Kardashian‘s best friend but now he is taking all the limelight away from the reality star as he has opened his own restaurant.
The new place to eat is a sushi restaurant in New York and is going to be very popular.
Kim, Scott Disick and Jonathan where spotted at the opening of the resturant and was filmed for the upcoming season of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

Kim Kardashian has been in the media about her weight since she became famous but now she looks like she is losing the pounds!
Kim and her boyfriend Kanye West like to go out for lots of meals so could this be the reason that she put weight??
Kim said:
“I think a lot of women will agree that when you’re happy in a relationship your weight can fluctuate a little. I’ve been traveling and enjoying incredible foods in different countries, but I felt it was time to get back to the grind. I’m comfortable in my curves, but working out is a part of my daily routine and it always will be.”

Khloe has gave up a lot of things to get slimmer including her favorite food cheese and most sweets!
Khloe said:
“It’s always going to be a lifelong thing for me. And I’m not where I want to be. When I used to do things like crash diets or things too fast, it never stuck because it wasn’t a lifestyle change. So for this, I’m working out consistently like three to five days a week … It’s been harder. But I’m just changing my diet slowly.”
The Kardashian girls are use to working out as they are always being spotted out at the gym.

Kelly Osbourne weight has been the topic of the tabloids many times as she lost 60 pounds in two years and has kept it off.

“Five months after Kelly started the plan the results are there for all to see. She thinks it’s amazing – she takes her plates everywhere. Unlike other fads, Kelly says this diet does help you lose weight and keep it off.”
Kelly has recently said:
People have this idea that I’m large and they don’t realise I am 5ft 2in and a UK size 6-8. I go to GAP Kids for T-shirts.
“I’ve done all the faddy diets and none of them work. On one, I had to drink this diet shake for a week. It promised I’d lose 10lbs but I just felt sick.”
