Kelly Osbourne Is Still Ashamed By The Media After Her Weight Loss
Kelly Osbourne has lost so much weight but it seems like the media just can not leaver her along.
Talking recently she said:
“I’m the thinnest I’ve ever been and the healthiest I’ve ever been. The totally insane thing is that I’m a UK size 4 to 6 and people still say I’m fat. I mean it’s crazy but I’ve had this all my life and I just try and ignore it.”
Kelly ha done so much to change her life and to keep the weight off as she said:
“I still exercise every day, even just for 15 minutes, but I’m careful with what I eat, I read the labels.”
Kelly likes working out and now she is helping ITV’s Daybreak viewers to shed the pounds.

Kelly Osbourne over the years have lost so much weight but she can’t take all the credit for her new figure!
Kelly has said that her man Matthew Mosshart helped to shred the pounds.
This is what she had to say:
“Over the past two years, I’ve lost over four-and-a-half stone [63 pounds] – but I’ve only lost the last stone since I met Matthew. That’s because he cooks for me! He’s a vegan chef, so he makes sure that I eat healthily.”
“I’m happy with how I look now. As long as I’m healthy, do exercise and eat right, that’s the main thing. I’m slim now, but I don’t want to be anorexic. I love Matthew and we love to work out together – we motivate one another. I go on the treadmill every day for half an hour and do two hours of exercise if I have a special event.”
Kelly only eats good food and works out for 30 mins every day to keep the pounds off.

Zac Efron has said that he didn’t recognise himself after putting on 18lbs of muscle for his new movie.
Zac admitted that he was impressed with his own willpower while bulking up during the film.
He said to Men’s Health magazine:
‘By the end of the movie I didn’t recognise myself. You hear about guys like Christian Bale who dive into it and are really able to transform.
‘I’ve always wondered if I had the willpower to actually do it. And I’ll always have pride around the sense that I can.’
Zac added:
‘I could pick up almost anything. If you put it in front of me, I could always find a way to tackle it. [While training for The Lucky One] I’d get this strange sense of power as those weights increased. I was never a natural at anything, but I could always outwork everybody.’

InStyle magazine upcoming issue she revield how she get that body she has by saying:
“I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week.I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up. I take 8 pound weights with me whenever I’m staying in a hotel. It’s always good to do arm exercises when you’re watching television or talking on the phone. I also love to stretch before I go to bed, and usually throw in a couple of sit-ups.
“Most of the time I eat things like salmon or other fish, quinoa, lentils, and green vegetables. You’re told to avoid fried food, but I don’t always. I had Mexican the other night and ate everything you can imagine! I also take Omega Cure liquid fish oil and resveratrol, which is supposed to be good for your heart.”
